- When entering the raffle, WEVERSE COMPANY will collect your personal information (name, shipping address, and contact information).

- You must complete your payment during the event period in order to participate in the raffle.

- Canceling your order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle.

- The event prize cannot be exchanged for other products.

- The event prizes are autographed by the artist and made in limited quantity. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.

- This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
