-Those customers who purchased Traveling Together with Letteamor! (Gogodding) VOD paid content during the pre-order period AND who paid for the shipping fee

-You can apply up to 1 per account

-You need an Weverse Shop account when you wish to receive the special gift.

-When you apply for the special gift, you cannot cancel the purchase of Traveling Together with Letteamor! (Gogodding) VOD paid content.

-You can cancel the application of special gift up until Wednesday July 16, 6PM, and you can cancel Traveling Together with Letteamor! (Gogodding) VOD after canceling the special gift application.

-Special gift is only available for those customers who purchased Traveling Together with Letteamor! (Gogodding) VOD paid content during the pre-order period AND who paid for the shipping fee.

- Please be considerate when you place an order as you cannot cancel once a delivery order of the special gift is made.

- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping to some regions/countries may be unavailable. For further information, please read the announcement regarding regions/countries unable to ship.

* How To Purchase & Watch

- Purchase the VOD on Weverse Shop and watch it on Weverse, by using the same account for both platforms.

* Please Note

- You can cancel or refund within 7 days of purchasing the content, ONLY IF you did not watch the content.

- For smooth playback on your device, please check the preview before purchasing the content.

- Additional data charges may apply if you are on the mobile data network.

- Unauthorized or illegal distribution of paid contents, which are available exclusively to those who paid for the subscription, is punishable by law.

- The purchase history will become unrecoverable if you delete your Weverse account.

- The VOD content can be only played on the purchaser’s device.

- Please make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network: otherwise, the data usage may count toward your data plan.

-If the playback is unsmooth, please close the app and run it again.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or by using PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, or Kakao Pay.

- When using Toss or Kakao Pay, you can charge them first and use them without having to use your credit card.

- If the currency is in the United States Dollar (USD) and the Japanese Yen (JPY), please note that you can pay with international credit cards and Alipay via PayPal and Eximbay.
