Official Merch will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of TXT WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL, at KSPO DOME, on Fri, November 1, Sat, November 2, and Sun, November 3, 2024. You can pre-purchase the products on Weverse Shop to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch on TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse Shop Global and pick them up at the venue of TXT WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL.

How to Buy OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Global) → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

* The products may sell out early and the purchase may end accordingly.

* There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

Purchase Limit

- For OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER. 2, you can purchase up to 2 per person.

- For MINI PHOTO CARD SET, you can purchase up to 1 per person.

- For PPULBATU CAPE, you can purchase up to 5 per person.

- For products other than OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER. 2 , MINI PHOTO CARD SET, and PPULBATU CAPE you can purchase up to 3 for each product per person. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 per option. (For example, you can purchase three of each option of JACKET, which sums up to six total.)

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Please Note

* Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch on TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse Shop Global when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the TXT WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.

* The products may sell out early and the purchase may end accordingly.

* There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

* Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. (You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.)

* When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

* The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

* All products may go out of stock early.

* Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

* Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days. 

* The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

* Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products. TXT WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse Shop.

* Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

* Please ask on-site staff for help with questions regarding on-site pickup.

Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
