May 4, 2024, and Sun. May 5, 2024 (KST). You can pre-purchase the products on Weverse Shop to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch and album on TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick them up at the venue of TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> IN SEOUL.

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit:

- For OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER. 2, you can purchase up to 2 per person.

- MINI PHOTO CARD SET, you can purchase up to 1 per person.

- For COMMEMORATIVE COIN (KOREA ver.), you can purchase up to 2 per option.

- For MINI PHOTO CARD and LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 5 per person.

- For products other than OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2, COMMEMORATIVE COIN (KOREA ver.), MINI PHOTO CARD SET, MINI PHOTO CARD, and LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 3 for each product per person. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 per option.

- You can purchase up to 10 for each album version per person. For SET, you can purchase up to 6 sets per person.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

- Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch and albums on TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> IN SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.

- The products may sell out early.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective.

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- Please do not spend the night outside the venue on the previous day. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and the staff may disperse the lines.

- TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> IN SEOUL official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse Shop. Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.
