Ticket Pickup & Winner Verification

Location: In front of Hall 7B, KINTEX2, Ilsan, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

* Winner verification time (KST)

2:00 PM - No. 1 - 600

3:00 PM - No. 601 - 1200

4:00 PM - No. 1201 - 1500 

* Winner verification and ticket distribution will end at 7:00 PM (KST).

* Tickets will be distributed when verifying the winners. All seats will be assigned randomly. 

* Winner verification numbers are given for the identity verification process, and they are not given on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check the time for your number and be ready for the winner identity verification. 

* If you do not make it on your time, you may be unable to verify your identity depending on the site's circumstances. 

* Your seating will not be affected by your winner verification number. Please do not form random waiting queues at the site.

* Admission Start Time: Sat. January 28, 2023, 6:00 PM (KST) 

* Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the concert starts. Please follow the guide of the staff for admission.

* Your raffle entry will be counted at the time of payment for the album during the event period.

* Event winners will be randomly selected among all event participants.

* This event will be carried out in compliance with the South Korean government's social distancing guidelines. This event is subject to change and cancellation due to COVID-19 and other inevitable circumstances.

* Please wear a mask for yourself and everyone else.

* The event is available for 9 years and older. Minors under the age cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.

* The winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person, and you will be denied entry to the fansign if the information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match.

* Your information must match the information you submitted for the raffle entry (the information cannot be changed after your submission). Please bring a valid ID for identity verification.

* What to Bring: A valid photo ID (youth card, certification of alien registration, etc.) for identify verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, certification of alien registration

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs) are not allowed.

* Those who submit passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR will be canceled after the raffle has ended even if you did not win.

* When entering the raffle, WEVERSE COMPANY will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd. and Hybe Co., Ltd. (The information of raffle applicants will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended, and the information of raffle winners will be retained for a year.)
