The information we need to confirm the attendance will be requested through the email which will be sent to the email provided when entering the raffle.

Please note that the winners must confirm the attendance to be able to attend the fansign; therefore, read carefully to find out how to respond to the email and for the important information below.

* Event date and time: 24 January 2021, 8PM (KST) (Will proceed in the order of the raffle winners listed above. / The event will be about 2 hours 30 minutes long)

* Fansign duration: Approximately 7 minutes 30 seconds for each winner (90 seconds for each member)

* Fansign channel: KakaoTalk (With KakaoTalk ID submitted for raffle entry)

* Fansign process: 1-on-1 video call fansign meeting for 90 seconds with TOMORROW X TOGETHER members

* Shipping date for the signed album: One album out of the ordered albums will be signed and delivered after the fansign (Random album version)

[How to Respond to the Email & More Info]

1. Email about attendance confirmation, identity verification, and NEW YEAR’S WISH MESSAGE will be sent to the raffle winners.

2. Please provide all the required information for attendance confirmation and personal identification by going to the URL on the email sent to you.

3. Late responses will not be accepted as we must arrange the schedule for the raffle winners beforehand.

4. Please submit the required information by 18 January 2021, 6PM (KST), will not be accepted.

5. Required information: Attendance confirmation, name for user verification, date of birth, KakaoTalk ID

6. If you have not received the email from us by 16 January, 11:59PM (KST) despite being included in the raffle winner list, please contact us through Weverse Shop Customer Service.

7. For the event admission, 1) the information provided for the ID verification (name and date of birth); 2) information on the valid IDs; and 3) the raffle winner information provided on Weverse Shop must match.

[Please Note]

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk message before the event starts. Please wait for your turn and make sure that your network is stable. As the video call fansign may be unstable if you are on the Wi-Fi network, please participate in the fansign on a mobile network instead.

2. Before receiving the video call, we will verify your identity. Please have your valid photo ID ready, such as passport, South Korean Resident Card, and South Korean Youth Card. (Student ID is not allowed)

3. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can be verified by the name in English only under their passport. (Valid passports or Alien Registration Card accepted / Student IDs and other IDs NOT accepted)

4. Upon verification, the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID will be checked. If the information does not match with your information with the raffle, fansign participation will be denied.

5. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call, and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If the participant is not the raffle winner or if two or more people participate in the fansign, the video call will end.

6. For the protection of the artists, the fansign will be recorded. If the participant commits foul language, profanity, and insults, or other inappropriate actions, the video call will end.

7. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start his/her turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.

8. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers.

9. For a smooth fansign, please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.

10. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.

11. When entering the raffle, The personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number) for the raffle entry and the video call recording will be destroyed within 7 days after the event has ended.

12. Participants can record or screenshot the video call for personal use.

13. If you are found duplicating, transferring, or selling the seat ticket, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied entry to all “minisode1 : Blue Hour” in the future.

14. The event can be changed or canceled without notice.

[ Video Call Fansign Etiquette ]

Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Make sure that video call is in a quiet, noiseless environment in which the participant is the only person present. Watch out for noise or other individuals appearing in the video call.

2. Have the mobile device or PC ready and wait for your turn for a smooth fansign process. Read over the guide on how to KakaoTalk Video Call and check the network connection.

3. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are restricted. Please observe good manners 

4. Do not make requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable. Requesting artists to sign the album with different messages or to do inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of the video call

5. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for all the participants (90 seconds for each member).

6. Do not leave the video call or kick out the artists during the fansign. The participant will not be reconnected to the video call if he/she leaves the video call during the fansign.
