※ 15 winners will be selected for each concert day and the concert day will be selected randomly.

-Eligibility: All customers who purchase the eligible Weverse Day, We Birthday! products

-How to apply: Customers will automatically apply for the event when payment is completed

-If you do not purchase any WeBirthday items, and still wish to attend, you are still eligible to apply to this event at the link below. A limited number of non-purchaser will be selected as winners.

-By participating in this event, you consent to have agreed to the collection and use of basic information (Your Weverse nickname and account email) for winner selection and prize distribution. If you do not agree, please submit your refusal to customer support before the event ends.

-Only orders fully paid within the event period will be automatically entered.

-Each eligible purchase/order counts as one entry.

-Orders canceled during the event period will be excluded from the draw. If a winning order is canceled or returned after selection, the prize will be voided.

-Detailed instructions on how to use the streaming ticket will be provided via email only to winners.

-Prizes will be sent to the email registered to your Weverse account. Please ensure you can receive emails, as the company is not responsible for any issues caused by failure to check email.

-Streaming tickets are valid only for the specified performance date (Day 1 or Day 2). No compensation will be provided for inability to view due to personal circumstances.

-Collected personal data will be securely deleted within 30 days after the end of the 2026 Weverse Con Festival.

-If you have already purchased a 1 DAY ONLINE TICKET or CON ONLINE TICKET for the same performance at the time of prize distribution, the viewing ticket will not be provided. For Japan Exclusive products, cancellations are not allowed after payment.

-If prize delivery is not possible due to account deletion or inability to verify winner information, the prize may be canceled.

-Entries or winnings obtained through fraudulent methods (e.g., theft, macros) may be canceled.

-Prizes cannot be transferred, refunded, rescheduled, exchanged, or reissued.

-The company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to review this notice and its details.

-This event may be modified or terminated without prior notice depending on circumstances.
