We have noticed some confusion regarding the HYBE INSIGHT Visitor-only official merch.

The visitor-only merch are exclusively available only to the customers who reserved tickets to the HYBE INSIGHT museum, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm on the date of their visit.

However, due to a system error, they were temporarily available to Weverse Shop customers from Mon. January 17, 2022, 12:00 am - Tue. January 18, 2022, 11:00 am (KST).

The error has been fixed and the visitor-only merch will now only be available for customers who visit the HYBE INSIGHT museum in person, as originally intended. Some of the sold out merchs are back in stock and available for purchase as well.

We apologize and promise that we will do our best to make sure this problem does not repeat itself.
