Go to Home on the Weverse app → More (···) button on the bottom right corner → Event Entries page and check your result.

[Release Party Details]

- Date and Time: Mon, May 4, 2026, 8:00 PM (KST)

- Location: SFACTORY D (11 Yeonmujang 15-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul)

※ Please note that there is no seating for this event as this is a standing-room-only event.

[Check-in Process]

- ID verification & ticket pickup location: SFACTORY [WASH]

- 4:00 PM - 4:59 PM (KST): No. 1 - 350

- 5:00 PM - 5:59 PM (KST): No. 351 - 700

- 6:00 PM - 6:29 PM (KST): Late check-in customers

- 6:30 PM - 7:59 PM (KST): ID verification for late check-in customers

* Winner verification numbers are for identity verification and are not given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive within your assigned check-in time and prepare for identity verification.

- Standing areas do not have assigned seating. Upon identity verification, you will receive a ticket and a wristband (1 per person) indicating your assigned section and entry number. Entry numbers are assigned randomly. Please wear your wristband until the end of the event for verification purposes.

* Admission will not be in the order of your check-ins. Please refrain from forming random waiting lines.

* If you arrive later than your check-in time, check-in may not be possible depending on the on-site situation.

[Admission Guidelines]

- Queueing Time (Standing Area): Begins at 6:30 PM (KST)

- Entry: Begins at 7:00 PM (KST)

※ Event attendees will be requested to gather at the designated waiting area starting at 6:30 PM (KST) on the day of the event. Please line up according to your entry number and follow staff instructions. Admission will begin at 7:00 PM (KST) in the order of the entry number. If you arrive after entry has begun, your entry number will be invalidated. You will be required to enter at the very end of the line after all other attendees have been admitted. Please ensure you arrive at the waiting area before the entry start time.

* Admission time is subject to change based on the circumstances at the venue.

* Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applying for the event. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host.

* If you provided your name in English when purchasing your COER Membership, you need your passport to verify your identity and other IDs will not be accepted.

* If you are a JP Membership holder using a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify your identity with a passport, you may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and the name in the language you provided. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

[Winner Guidelines]

※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice depending on the on-site circumstances on the event day.

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. Depending on the local laws and Weverse Company’s Privacy Policy, individuals under the minimum required age (14 years old for South Korea, 13 years old for the United States, and 16 years old for all other countries/regions) as of the application date will be restricted from applying for the event, even if accompanied by a guardian.

2. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare as the ticket pickup process may take longer than expected.

3. The ticket cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. If such activity is detected, you will be denied of admission.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. Please note that there is no seating for this event as this is a standing-room-only event. Bringing food, beverages, hazardous materials (such as glass bottles, fireworks, or laser pointers), pets, flowers, balloons, suitcases, ladders, tripods, or professional photography and recording equipment (e.g., DSLRs, camcorders) into the venue is prohibited.

6. The event will be recorded in video content by BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd. Please be aware that the faces and voices of the attendees may be recorded in the content, depending on the filming and editing. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content upon your participation in the event. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it. Please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your field of view.

※ During the check-in process, your identity and the QR code will be verified. Your QR code can be found in Event Entries page in Weverse. Admission is not permitted with a captured image. Please have your Weverse app ready on-site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account.

[Notes on the Release Party]

- Tickets and wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft. Please ensure your ticket and wristband is kept safe and worn at all times; entry will be restricted if the ticket or the wristband is missing or removed.

- Queuing and entry will proceed according to your ticket number, and you must remain within your assigned section. Moving between sections is strictly prohibited. Once inside, you may position yourself freely within your assigned section. However, for the safety of all attendees, please refrain from running or pushing. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining an orderly and respectful environment.

- If you arrive after entry has begun, your entry number will be invalidated. You will be required to enter at the very end of the line after all other attendees have been admitted. Please ensure you arrive at the waiting area before the entry start time.

- Refunds will not be granted on the day of the event for reasons of delays in entry due to crowded venue and booths. Please arrive at the venue and visit the booth with plenty of time to spare, and enter early to prevent any delays.

- Entry will be restricted once the performance begins, and re-entry is not permitted after exiting during the performance.

- Certain locations may have a restricted view due to structural elements such as pillars. Please note that cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for this reason.

[Storage Facility Guidelines]

- The storage facility is exclusively available to ticket holders.

- Fee: KRW 5,000 (Card/Cash) / Re-storage fee: KRW 5,000

- Operating hours: From 5 hours before performance until 30 minutes after the performance begins

- Items must be retrieved within 1 hour after the performance ends.

- Valuables cannot be stored due to the risk of loss or theft.

- Unclaimed items remaining after operating hours will be discarded. The venue will not hold or store these items overnight.
