Albums will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of 2023 TREASURE CONCERT [REBOOT] IN SEOUL, at KSPO DOME in Seoul Olympics Park on Fri. December 15, 2023.

You can pre-purchase the albums to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merch and album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick them up at the 2023 TREASURE CONCERT [REBOOT] IN SEOUL venue.

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

- For TREASURE 2ND FULL ALBUM [REBOOT] on-site purchases, you can purchase up to 60 albums.

- The purchase limit may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

- One special gift photocard will be provided for every album you purchase. The album purchases you used for receiving photocards cannot be used again to receive Lucky Draw Ball Event Gifts.

- Defective photocards can only be exchanged on-site. Please check the photocards immediately when you pick up your purchases.

- Defective products will be checked on-site and the exchange product will be selected randomly.

- Lucky Draw Ball Event Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. Please do not lose them. Photos of your Lucky Draw Ball Event Tickets will not be accepted.

- If you are unable to participate in the Lucky Draw Ball Event, you will not receive any compensations.

- Due to the nature of the material, photocards may have marks smaller than 5 mm, scratches, small dots, indentations, and other abrasions that occur during the printing process. Any exchange or refund requests due to this reason will not be accepted.

- Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, the seam finishes on TREASURE OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK MINI HOODIE may not be perfect in some parts. This is not a product defect. Any exchange or refund requests due to this reason will not be accepted.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind after receiving your photocard(s) will not be available.

- When returing defective albums, the special gift you received with the album must also be returned. However, please be advised that if any components of the item are missing due to negligence on your part, we will not be able to process your return request.

- The photocards and the Lucky Draw Ball Event Gifts are available in limited quantities, and will be provided on first-come, first-served basis.

Please Note

- Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch and album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2023 TREASURE CONCERT [REBOOT] venue and pick them up at the venue.

- The products may sell out early.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days.

- A refund/exchange due to your change of mind will not be available. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

- There is a per-person purchase limit for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.
