[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID (driver's license) will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the site.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The seats will be randomly drawn by you after you have completed the ID verification. Admission will be unavailable after the event starts so please arrive at the venue on time.

2. Please bring your wristband with the winning order number to participate in the fansign. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband.

3. If you are found duplicating, selling, or transferring the winning order number ticket or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events hosted by YG Entertainment Inc. in the future.

4. The album on which you will receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all the autographs. (* Only the albums that were prepared for you at the venue will be autographed. No other albums are allowed.)

5. The name you entered into the raffle will be signed by the artists and signed only on the album.

6. Personal comments are not allowed at this fansign. Please do not make inappropriate requests.

7. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

8. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording during the fansign. Please leave your electronic devices such as cellphones, cameras, and other recording devices in the waiting area.

9. At the fansign venue, the staff will check if you have your electronic devices such as cellphones, Bluetooth earphones, smartwatches and other devices that can be used to make recordings on you. If any electronic devices are found, the memory card will be collected and the content will be deleted. Then you will be asked to leave the venue.

10. You can provide and ask the artists to try on small props (hair bands, glasses, small accessories, etc.) for photos and videos at this fansign. Please remember to bring your photo props with you when you leave the stage. (* You are strictly forbidden from bringing and giving gifts for the artists. Please note that any and all gifts will be returned immediately.)

11. If you change your seat, or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.

12. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

13. Please note that the start time of the fansign is subject to change due to various circumstances.
