※ TREASURE 1st MINI ALBUM [THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE] (DIGIPACK ver.) and KiT ALBUM are not eligible for event entry.

* How to Enter the Fansign Raffle

※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after you submit them so please make sure your information are correct and free of error. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information.


You can enter the raffle on the fansign event page by entering the required information (date of birth and more) after purchasing TREASURE 1st MINI ALBUM [THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE] (PHOTOBOOK ver.) on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the event period. 


Please note that you will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged into Weverse with your Weverse Shop account that was used to purchase the album.


1. The number of your raffle entries will automatically equal the number of albums you ordered on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, not the number of orders.


2. You can enter the raffle by entering the required information (shown below) as indicated on the fansign event page. Your information cannot be changed after you submit them so please make sure all your information is correct.

- Name (The person who is entering the raffle)

- Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format, 8 digits)

- Valid mobile phone number 


3. For SET products, the number of raffle entries will equal the total number of albums included in the SET products.

[ Please Note (When Entering the Raffle) ]


1. You will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account that was used to purchase the album. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join TREASURE Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account that was used to purchase the albums.


2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on TREASURE Weverse, in which you are logged in with the Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album.


3. Raffle can only be entered by customers who purchased TREASURE 1st MINI ALBUM [THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE] (PHOTOBOOK ver.) on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the raffle event period. 


4. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of payment.


5. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in the exclusion from the raffle. 


6. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended.


7. The raffle winners and the announcement will use the name, the date of birth, and the email (the account you used when joining Weverse) submitted when entering the raffle. 


8. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle with the English names that appear on their passport. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)


9. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to YG ENTERTAINMENT and YG Plus. 

(For those who enter the raffle, the information will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended.)


10. The fansign invitation cannot be transferred to another person, and you will be denied entry to the fansign if your information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match.


11. For the raffle winners, the albums you ordered during the event period and the order(s) containing the albums, excluding the 1 album necessary for the fansign autographs, will be delivered to the address you submitted with your order. The raffle winners will receive the autographed album on the day of the fansign at the venue, after the event ends. (The album version that will be autographed cannot be selected by you. It will be selected randomly.) 


12. The fansign event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to COVID-19 restrictions and related guidelines.


[ Please Note (For Fansign Raffle Winners) ] 

1. Please have your valid photo ID ready when you come to the fansign.


  • South Korean nationality 
  • Minor: Student ID issued by your elementary, middle, or high school, passport, government issued certificate that has a photo ID and your date of birth, or South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)
  • Adult: South Korean Resident Card, driver’s license, or passport
  • Non-South Korean nationality: Passport or Certification of alien registration
  • Unless you are a South Korean minor, you cannot use your Student ID (including the student ID issued by your college or university) as a valid photo ID.
  • All IDs must be presented physically, not as a photo or a photocopy. All IDs must not be expired, to be considered valid.


2. The staff will check your name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID at the fansign venue. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information you submitted for the raffle entry, you will be denied entry.


3. Only the raffle winner (1 individual per invitation) can enter the fansign venue. The fansign invitation cannot be transferred or sold to another person. (You will be denied entry if you do)


4. The fansign date, venue, identity verification, and event admission details will be announced when the raffle winners are announced. 


5. The fansign will process using the name you submitted to the raffle entry. You are not allowed to ask the artists to autograph anything other than the CD.


6. Please understand that you are not allowed to give gifts to the artist at this fansign. (If you try to give gifts, the staff will hand them back to you immediately.)


7. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, you are prohibited from trying to give the artists flower crowns, hair bands, novelty hats, and other props. 


8. You are prohibited from video-recording or voice-recording while you get your album autographed. Please leave your mobile phones, cameras, recording devices and other digital devices in the waiting area. The staff will check to see if you have mobile phones and recording devices (including Bluetooth earphones and smartwatches), and if such devices are found on you, the staff will seize the device’s memory to wipe it and escort you off the premises.


9. Requests for personal messages are not allowed for this fansign event.


10. Your seats will be assigned randomly when the raffle winners are announced. You are not allowed to change your seat during the fansign. If you change your seat or if you otherwise do not cooperate with the staff, you may be escorted off the premises.


11. You will be banned from participating in all future TREASURE events if you are caught engaging in fraudulent behaviors, including transferring or reselling the fansign invitations, you will be banned.


12. Anyone who does not adhere to the fansign etiquette at this TREASURE fansign event may be denied entry or otherwise restricted from participating in the event without prior warning. This measure is extended to all participants of the fansign event, including the members of the TREASURE official global fanclub (TREASURE MAKER Membership).


[ Fansign Event Admission Requirements ]

We hereby inform you that as the guidelines for social distancing have changed, following the Step-by-step Daily Recovery, we are now legally required to check the vaccination status and PCR results for all participants of the fansign event.

Therefore, in order to participate in the fansign you are required to present your Certificate of Immunization or your negative COVID-19 PCR test result. If you cannot present your Certificate of Immunization or your negative COVID-19 PCR test result, you will be denied entry to the fansign. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

- Certificate of Immunization (Only valid if at least 14 days have passed since your shot)

- Negative COVID-19 PCR test result (Only valid if you have taken the test within 3 days (72 hours))

* All South Korean AND international raffle winners must present either a valid Certificate of Immunization or a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test result to participate in the fansign.

 

[ Fansign Admission Process ]

■ For Participants Who Have Been Vaccinated at Least 14 Days Ago

→ You will check-in using a QR code + the staff will check your Certificate of Immunization


※ You can speed up the QR check-in process by syncing your vaccination status (available via COOV) with your Naver or KakaoTalk QR Check-in feature.


※ How to Obtain Your Certificate of Immunization

1) Mobile: Digital certificate available via COOV (a mobile app created by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency), KakaoTalk or Naver

2) Online: Visit the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (https://www.kdca.go.kr/index.es?sid=a3) or GOV.KR (https://www.gov.kr/portal/foreigner/en) website

3) Offline: Visit an inoculation site in person


■ For Non-Vaccinated Participants Who Can Provide a Valid Negative COVID-19 PCR Test Result

→ You will check-in using a QR code + the staff will check your negative COVID-19 PCR test result, which was taken in the last 72 hours, either on paper or as a text message confirming your negative result

→ PCR Test Date: The PCR test must have been taken on or after February 23rd in order to be valid for the February 26th fansign event

※ Non-vaccinated participants who are under the age of 18 or participants who cannot be vaccinated must undergo COVID-19 PCR test and provide a negative result.




[ COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Fansign ] 

1. The raffle winners who fall under any of the following conditions are prohibited from visiting the offline fansign event site. If the event staff identifies anyone who falls under any of the following conditions, they may be removed from the site and placed under quarantine.


- Anyone who has been asked to be tested because they were in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient or in contact with a person who was in close contact with a confirmed case within 14 days of the fansign event.  

- Anyone with a fever (body temperature of 37.5℃ or greater) and respiratory symptoms (coughs, sore throat, phlegm, runny nose, etc.) on the day of the fansign event.

- Anyone who has traveled overseas within 14 days of the fansign event. 

- Anyone who has not completed their 2 weeks of quarantine after entering South Korea.


2. The raffle winners will fill out a questionnaire and measure their body temperatures upon entering the venue. If your body temperature is higher than 37.5 ℃ and you display symptoms such as coughing and sore throats, you will be denied entry and you will not be allowed to participate in the fansign event.


3. The raffle winners must check in using their QR code and submit the questionnaire they filled out on the day of the event at the fansign venue. Falsified questionnaires are subject to criminal punishments or fines under the Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Act. 

The questionnaire must be written based on the information you have on the day of the fansign. Please make sure you complete the questionnaire before admission for the best fansign experience. 


4. Masks are mandatory inside the fansign venue (in the lobby and in your seats). You may be escorted out of the premises if you refuse to wear your mask. 


5. You will be escorted off the premises if you refuse to wear your mask, consume food or water inside the venue. You will not be allowed to cancel your purchases or request refunds if you are escorted off the premises for your inappropriate behavior. Please remember to wear your mask during the fansign!


6. Social distancing will be enforced during the fansign to prevent the spread of COVID-19. You will be asked to wait in an area separated from the fansign venue. You will enter the venue after your identity has been verified and you will enter in the order of the number you are assigned. After you receive your autograph, you will be asked to exit the venue.  


7. There will be transparent partitions between you and the artist. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, and etc.) inside and out of the fansign event. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises. 


8. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners.


9. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may cause delays for the event and as a result you may be restricted from participating in the fansign event.
