This is your chance to video call with your favorite TREASURE member!
※ Please Note
This is a 1:1 video call fansign event, where you will video call with only 1 member out of all 12 TREASURE members. Please find the member you want to video call in the links available below, and enter the raffle using said link. Please keep in mind that you cannot enter the raffle more than once and you cannot change your raffle entry after you have submitted it.
(If you win the fansign raffle for more than one member, you will be excluded from the raffle.)
Video Call Fansign (1 minute total)
Purchase TREASURE 1st MINI ALBUM [THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE] (DIGIPACK ver.) on Weverse Shop GLOBAL and enter the appropriate fansign raffle to win a video call with your favorite TREASURE member.
This is a 1:1 video call fansign event, where you will video call for a given time (1 minute) with only 1 member out of all 12 TREASURE members.
The video call process, and other details will be provided through an announcement in the future.

※ TREASURE 1st MINI ALBUM [THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE] (PHOTOBOOK ver.) and KiT ALBUM are not eligible for event entry.
Raffle Winner Announcement

How Many Raffle Winners
30 winners per member will be selected = total 360 winners: video call fansign + signed CD
* Your information must match the information you submitted for the raffle entry (the information cannot be changed after you submit them). Cannot be transferred to another person.
How to Enter the Fansign Raffle
※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after you submit them so please make sure your information (LINE ID, your contact information, and etc.) are correct and free of error. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information.
You can enter the raffle on the fansign event page by entering the required information (date of birth and more) after pre-orderingTREASURE 1st MINI ALBUM [THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE] (DIGIPACK ver.) on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the event period.
Please note that you will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged into Weverse with your Weverse Shop account that was used to purchase the album.
1. The number of raffle entries will automatically equal the number of albums ordered on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, not the number of orders.
2. You can enter the raffle by entering the required information (shown below) as indicated on the fansign event page. Your information cannot be changed after you submit them so please make sure all your information is correct.
- Name (The person who will receive the delivery and is entering the raffle)
- Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format)
- LINE ID
- A valid mobile phone number
- The name of your preferred TREASURE member for fansign
3. For SET products, the number of raffle entries will equal the total number of albums included in the SET products.

※ 100% of the album sales on Weverse Shop will count for Hanteo Chart and Gaon Chart.
1. You will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account that was used to purchase the album. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join TREASURE Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account that was used to purchase the albums.
2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on TREASURE Weverse, in which you are logged in with the Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album.
3. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of payment.
4. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in the exclusion from the raffle.
5. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended.
6. Albums pre-ordered during the event period will be delivered after the album release date.
7. Raffle can only be entered by customers who purchased TREASURE 1st MINI ALBUM [THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE] (DIGIPACK ver.) on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the raffle event period.
8. The raffle winners and the announcement will use the name, date of birth, and email submitted when entering the raffle.
9. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle with the English names that appear on their passport. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)
10. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to YG ENTERTAINMENT and YG Plus.
(For those who enter the raffle, the information will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended. The raffle winners’ information will be discarded 1 year after the event ends)
11. The fansign invitation cannot be transferred to another person, and you will be denied entry to the fansign if your information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match.
12. One (random) of the albums purchased will be autographed by the artist, and the signed album will be delivered to you after the event ends. Please be aware you have agreed to accept that your album will be opened to be signed by the artist.
13. Video call fansign will be held on LINE mobile application at the time scheduled for each raffle winner. If the connection is unstable or the participant is having difficulty with the LINE App application, the event will not go ahead as scheduled.
14. The fansign event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
[ Please Note (For Fansign Raffle Winners) ]
1. The signed album will be delivered to the raffle winner after the video call fansign event ends.
2. Only the raffle winner must participate in the video call. If another individual is on the video call or more than one person appears, fansign for that individual may be ended prematurely.
3. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. Please double-check the fansign date and time, and wait for your turn. It is important to make sure that your network is stable.
4. Before receiving the video call, a message regarding the start of the event will be sent via LINE application. The staff will verify the raffle winner and the fansign will start. Please have your valid photo ID ready for the staff.
※ What is a valid photo ID?
- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Card, driver’s license, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)
(Those who submit Passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.)
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Certification of alien registration
* Other IDs (ex/ student IDs) are not allowed.
* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.
5. Upon verification, the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID will be checked. If the information does not match your information with the raffle, your fansign participation will be denied.
6. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try calling you one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try again.
7. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will also be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be ended prematurely.
8. For a smooth fansign, please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.
9. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.
10. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you call the event organizers while the event is ongoing, you may be restricted from participating in the fansign event.
11. Detailed directions for the video call will be announced later in the raffle winner announcement.
