※ Canceling your order after the event winner announcement will result in exclusion from the raffle and you will not be able to receive the prize.

※ The event prizes are made based on the number of the raffle winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

※ If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
