[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the event application, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applying for the event. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host.

[Autographed Album]

- One of the albums you purchased will be autographed and you cannot choose which version gets autographed. The album will be handed to you directly after getting all the autographs.

* If the winner cannot participate in the event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase within 2 weeks after the event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error listed below, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account.

[Please Note]

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. Your seat will be designated at the venue on the day of the event. After you have completed your identity verification process, you will enter a draw and draw your own seat. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event.

2. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their winner numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

3. Only the winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the event participation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning ticket or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

4. Sticky notes for the artists will not be accepted at the fansign. Please do not make requests to the artist other than getting the autograph from the artist. Please do not make requests such as draw me something or write a message for me to the artist. If you have something to say to the artist, you may bring a note for yourself, such as a short script. However, if you attach the note to the album, or if the note contains requests to write a name that is not yours or includes other inappropriate content, the note will be collected by the staff before the artist autographs the album.

5. The name you entered for the event will be autographed by the artist and autographed only on the album.

6. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by a staff member before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted, including food.

7. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos and hand them over to the staff. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.

8. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, is strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

9. You can take photos and videos from your seat during the fansign event. However, filming or recording while waiting for your turn or on the stage, and asking the artist to pose for a selfie or an instant photo (Polaroid), are not allowed. In such instances, any memory cards or recording files will be seized or deleted, and you will be immediately asked to leave.

10. Violation of the event guidelines or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward artists or on-site staff may result in immediate denial of entry or participation, as well as restrictions or being asked to leave, without prior notice. These rules apply equally to all winners.

11. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in a video content by HYBE UMG LLC. Depending on the filming, the faces and voices of the participants may be exposed in the content. Please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your field of view.

12. Depending on the filming, participants' faces and voices may be recorded in the content. By participating in this event, you will be considered to have granted indefinite permission to use the content. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.
