Official merch will be available for purchase and pickup at the 2025 BTS FESTA held at KINTEX 2, Ilsan on Fri, June 13, 2025, and Sat, June 14, 2025 (KST). How to purchase OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on Weverse & pick up on site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS- 2025 FESTA (PICK-UP) → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the 2025 Festa Merch category

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the 2025 BTS FESTA PICKUP BOOTH and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit

- For OFFICIAL LIGHTSTICK SPECIAL EDITION, you can purchase up to 2 per person.

- For LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 10 per person.

- For products other than OFFICIAL LIGHTSTICK SPECIAL EDITION and LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 3 for each product per person.

For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 per option. (For example, you can purchase three of each size option of S/S T-SHIRT, which sums up to 12 in total.)

- Please note that the purchase limit may change depending on the circumstances on site.

Please Note

Weverse members will be able to purchase products on Weverse Shop when they arrive within a 2.5-km radius of the 2025 BTS FESTA venue and pick them up at the venue.

Please note that products may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.

Refunds are only available at the on-site booth during the operation period. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products. 2025 BTS FESTA official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse.

To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
