Please Note (Order)
- The Outbox protects the product inside and may be damaged during shipping. Exchange or refund requests based on damage to the Outbox will not be accepted.
- DIGITAL CODE SET is made of recycled plastic. Due to product characteristics, minuscule spots, parting lines, and other natural occurrences from the manufacturing process may appear, and this is not considered a defect.
- The products are made of Forest Stewardship Council-certified paper and printed with biodegradable soy ink.
- Product size and content are subject to change based on the circumstances of the manufacturer.
- There may be cracks, discoloration, or color bleeding due to the nature of the materials.
- The special gifts may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.
- Minor scratches that occur during the finishing procedure are not defects. Any dents of 5mm or less, fine scratches, and ink splatters are not grounds for exchange.Please Note
Weverse members will be able to purchase the products on Weverse Shop when they arrive within a 2.5-km radius of the 2025 BTS FESTA venue and pick them up at the venue.
Please note that products may sell out early.
Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.
Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.
Refunds are only available at the on-site booth during the operation period. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)
Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.
Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.
Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products. 2025 BTS FESTA official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse.
To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.
