How to Pre-order 2025 BTS FESTA x Weverse Merch and Pick Up On-site
① Go to Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the 2025 FESTA (PICK-UP) - 2025 Festa Merch x Weverse Merch category
② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code
③ Present your QR code to the staff at the 2025 BTS FESTA PICKUP BOOTH and receive your purchases.
Purchase Limit
: You can purchase up to 5 per item.
Please Note
All products may go out of stock early.
Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.
Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.
Refunds are only available at the on-site booth during the operation period. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase after confirming your order details or receipt. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)
For exchanges after the booth operation hours, please contact Help on Weverse.
If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead.
The pickup booth operating hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.
Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.
To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

Payment Information
- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.
- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
