Jin (BTS) 'Happy' Special Stage Album Pick Up Guide

Albums will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of Jin (BTS) 'Happy' Special Stage at Jangchung Arena, Seoul, on Sat, November 16, and Sun, November 17, 2024 (KST).

You can pre-purchase the albums on Weverse Shop to pick them up at the site.

How to Buy OFFICIAL ALBUM on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS (GLOBAL) → Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit

- For Jin (BTS) [Happy] RANDOM, you can purchase up to 15.

- For Jin (BTS) [Happy] SET, you can purchase up to 5.

- For Jin (BTS) [Happy] (Weverse Albums ver.), you can purchase up to 40.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Special Gifts for Pick Up Customers

- Customers who purchase official albums on-site can get unreleased selfie photocards as follows:

- Buy 1 Jin (BTS) [Happy] and get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of A and B) per album.

Please Note

- Jin (BTS) [Happy] (Weverse Albums ver.) is not eligible for the special gift.

- The special gifts feature different images from the photocards provided for Jin (BTS) [Happy] Comeback Showcase L2S LIVE Weverse Shop Global customers.

Please Note

- Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the album on Weverse Shop Global when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the Jin (BTS) 'Happy' Special Stage venue and pick them up at the venue.

- The albums may sell out early.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- Refunds for purchased products are only possible at the on-site booth during the on-site booth operation period, and exchanges for defective products are only possible within 14 days from the order date through Help on Weverse Shop.

- A refund may be issued if there’s insufficient stock for an exchange and the same album version and the same special gift with the same image will be provided for exchanges. You cannot select the album version or the special gifts.

- If a special gift is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new one only at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
