* Thu. July 25 is the “ARMY DAY,” on which only the raffle winners can enter the POP-UP.

How to Buy OFFICIAL ALBUM on Weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Visit Jimin 'MUSE' Smeraldo Garden POP-UP and scan the QR code at the venue to access the purchase page.

② Purchase the albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only].

③ Review the order details and check your QR code on [More - My Orders]. 

④ Present your QR code to the staff at Jimin 'MUSE' Smeraldo Garden POP-UP and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit 

- For Jimin (BTS) 'MUSE' (Random), you can purchase up to 6 albums. 

- For Jimin (BTS) 'MUSE' (Set), you can purchase up to 6 sets. 

- For a set of Jimin (BTS) 'MUSE' (Set) + 'MUSE' (Weverse Albums ver.), you can purchase up to 2 sets.

- For Jimin (BTS) 'MUSE' (Weverse Albums ver.), you can purchase up to 40.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

All products are available for purchase only by scanning the QR code at Jimin 'MUSE' Smeraldo Garden POP-UP and picking them up on-site.

The products may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up on the day will be canceled and refunded after the POP-UP ends.

An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective. 

When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out. 

The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided for free at the site. You can purchase the shopping bag with other products.

There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
