Official merch will be available for pickup and purchase at the venue of SUGAㅣAgust D TOUR [D-DAY] in SEOUL, at Jamsil Indoor Stadium, from Sat. June 24, 2023, to Sun. June 25, 2023.

You can pre-purchase the products to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse Shop Pre-purchase for Pickup

Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merch on Weverse Shop BTS (GLOBAL) and pick them up at the SUGAㅣAgust D TOUR [D-DAY] in SEOUL venue.

How to Purchase and Pick up Weverse Shop OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE

① Purchase merch from Weverse Shop - BTS (GLOBAL) - [On-site Pick-up Only] under the PICK UP category

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders]

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup area and receive your purchase!

Purchase Limits

- For OFFICIAL LIGHTSTICK SPECIAL EDITION, you can purchase up to 2 per person.

- For GUITAR PICK SET, you can purchase up to 1 per person.

- For LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 10 per person.

- For products that are not OFFICIAL LIGHTSTICK SPECIAL EDITION, GUITAR PICK SET, or LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 3 per person. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 for each option.

(For example, you can purchase 3 of each size option of S/S T-SHIRT, which sums up to 12 total)

- The purchase limit for each product may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

How to Purchase and Pick up Weverse Shop OFFICIAL ALBUM

① Purchase album from Weverse Shop - BTS (GLOBAL) - [On-site Pick-up Only] under the PICK UP category

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders]

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup area and receive your album!

Purchase Limits

- You can purchase up to 4 SUGA | Agust D Solo Album [D-DAY] albums.

- You can pick up up to 4 per person when picking up the album on-site.

- Only 1 QR code is available per person.

- You will receive 1 random unreleased selfie PVC photocard per album you purchase and pick up on-site. Please note that if your album was not purchased and picked up on-site, you are not eligible for the random unreleased selfie PVC photocard.

- The purchase limit for each product may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Please Note

Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch and album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the SUGAㅣAgust D TOUR [D-DAY] in SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.

All [On-Site Pick-up Only] products are identical to the products sold at the merch booth.

The products may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days.

An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchanges for defective products will be available only at the venue. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
