Please note that we will be closing the service of ‘typo replacement’ starting from June 28th, 2023.
If you would like to receive a replacement of the pages, please request by emailing UMGCustomerSupport@umusic.com, including your proof of purchase, name, email, and shipping address.

FAQ:
Q1: When can I expect the page replacement to arrive?
- Please allow sufficient time for processing and shipping of replacement pages.
Q2: What does page replacement exactly mean? (ie. Do I get a separate booklet with replaced pages?)
- We will only ship the replacement pages separately. It is not a new booklet.
Q3: Can I only receive replacement pages in case I bought the album at Weverse US?
- We will only send the replacement pages to people who purchased the album at officially distributed retailers according to the proof of purchase.
Q4: How do I confirm that the replacement pages I receive are the correct pages for my version of the album?
- Page replacement includes all the pages that have typos from both versions. Regardless of the version you purchased, all the pages from both versions will be sent.
Q5: Can I receive replacement pages in case I don’t include my shipping address and proof of purchase (order number or photo of receipt)?
- Replacement pages can only be provided to customers who have provided their shipping address in the body of the email and proof of purchase. No PO Boxes.
