Weverse Shop Pre-purchase for Pickup

Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch from Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are near the WORLD EXPO 2030 BUSAN KOREA CONCERT BTS <Yet To Come> in BUSAN concert venue, and pick up their orders on site.

How to Purchase on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-Site

① Weverse Shop - BTS (GLOBAL) - Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the Pick-up - STADIUM category.

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick-up zone, and receive your purchases.

Please Note

□ You will be able to pick up the products you purchased from Pick-up - STADIUM - [On-Site Pick-up Only] category at the Asiad Main Stadium Pick-up booth. You will not be able to pick up your purchased products from the LIVE PLAY Pick-up booth (Busan Port).

□ Products you purchase from the Pick-up-LIVE PLAY category cannot be picked up from Asiad Main Stadium Pick-up booth.

□ You will be able to purchase products regardless of your concert attendance.

□ Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merch from Weverse Shop GLOBAL when you are within 2.5 km (1.5 miles) of the WORLD EXPO 2030 BUSAN KOREA CONCERT BTS <Yet To Come> in BUSAN concert venue, and pick up your order on site.

□ Please make your way to the pick up zone with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.

□ The merch available for purchase through Weverse Shop app are identical to the merch available for purchase at the on-site merch booth.

□ All items may sell out early.

□ Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the Pick-up zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

□ Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pick-up hours will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days.

□ You can purchase up to 5 MINI PHOTO CARDS per person.

□ Excluding MINI PHOTO CARDS, you can buy up to 3 per product for items with no options and you can buy up to 3 per option for items with options.

(e.g., For STAMPS, you can purchase up to 21 stamps – 3 stamps per option.)

□ Exchanges and refunds based on change-of-mind will not be available. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock on-site on that day.

□ Please have your receipt ready when exchanging defective products. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

□ Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
