* How to Buy Official Merch on Weverse and Pick Up On-site
① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS (Global) → 'ARIRANG’ Pickup category → Purchase products with the PICKUP tag.
※ Please schedule your pickup time in advance when placing your order. (Required)
② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code
③ Arrive at the official merch booth during your reserved time slot and present your QR code to the staff to receive your purchases.
※ Support for installing and updating the Weverse app on Android versions below 10 or iOS versions below 17.0 will be discontinued. If you are using an Android version lower than 10 or an iOS version lower than 17.0, please update to the latest OS version to ensure a stable service experience.
※ Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.
* Notes on pickup reservations
- Please note that network connectivity issues may occur due to the large number of people gathered at the concert venue.
- Please save your QR code by tapping on the [Save QR for Offline Use] button in the order details page for offline use after completing your purchase.
- Once saved, your QR code can be accessed instantly by going to the Weverse app → More → Saved QR Codes, even in areas with unstable or no network connection.
※ Please note that if you change your reservation time after placing an order, you must tap the [Save QR for Offline Use] button again while connected to the internet to ensure that the updated time is correctly reflected in the “Saved QR Codes” page.
* Notes on on-site pickup
※ Please adhere to your reserved pickup time. Visitors will be prioritized according to their scheduled slots.
※ e.g., If your reserved time slot is 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM, you must arrive at the booth between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM to pick up your product.
※ Early entry before your reserved pickup time is not permitted. Late arrivals may face delays or restricted entry, depending on on-site conditions.
※ If you have multiple orders on the same day, you can combine them into one pickup window to pick up your order together. Please have the QR code ready for all of your orders at the pickup counter as the QR code will be issued for each order.
※ The QR code provided on Weverse Shop is for your personal use only. Presenting a printed copy or a captured image of the QR code will not be accepted.
※ Network connection at the venue may be unstable. Please follow the instructions in the notice to download your QR code for offline use in advance.
※ Orders not picked up during the reserved time slot of the selected date will be automatically cancelled once the reservation window closes.
※ Please refer to the notice that will be announced separately for more details on making a pickup reservation.

- Purchase limits for each product may change based on the on-site stock availability. Please check the product guides and banners at the venue on the day of the event.

Weverse members will be able to purchase the official merch on Weverse Shop BTS when they are within a 30-km radius of the BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN BUSAN venue and pick them up at the venue.
The QR code provided on Weverse Shop is for your personal use only. Presenting a printed copy or a captured image of the QR code will not be accepted.
No additional identity verification will be conducted at the booth. To prevent unauthorized pickup, please do not share your QR code or expose it to others.
The products may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.
Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.
Please do not spend the night outside the venue on the previous day. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and the staff may disperse the lines.
Orders not picked up on the day of purchase will be automatically cancelled after the on-site pickup booth closes on the same day.
Automatically canceled orders will be refunded within three business days.
To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.
Do not purchase illegal products. BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN BUSAN official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse Shop. Please be aware that purchasing unauthorized products may result in damage or other issues.
Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.
Defective items can be exchanged after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

[On-site Pickup Exchange and Refund Guide]
1) Exchanges
* Exchanges are available only within 14 days of purchase.
* During the booth operation period, exchanges can only be made at the booth. Please bring the product and order details with you.
* For exchanges after the booth operation period, please contact Weverse Help.
* For random products, exchanges are available only for defective items.
2) Refunds
* Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period.
* Please bring the purchased product and the order details for a refund.
3) Please Note
* Exchange and refund are not available in the following cases.
- If the product is lost, damaged, or destroyed due to customer negligence, including damaging or losing the product label (cutting or damaging tags, packaging, etc.)
- If there are signs of contamination, odor, wear, perfume, washing, or use of the product
- If the value of the product has decreased to the point where it cannot be resold
- If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, an exchange will be unavailable and refunded instead. Please note that refunds are not available after the on-site booth operation period ends.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, Apple Pay or Weverse Card.
- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
