Attendees will participate in the event alongside the NOL ticket holders; however, the operation standards, including participation methods and seating areas, will differ. Please check the individual notices for more information on participation methods and precautions.

- Date and Time: Sat, March 21, 2026, 8:00 PM (KST)

- Location: Gwanghwamun Square area (175 Sejong-daero, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea)

※ This performance is an outdoor event. Please note that all Weverse Global event winners will be participating in the standing area only.

※ The venue has wheelchair-accessible seating areas. Wheelchair seating for Weverse Global event winners will be assigned from the available accessible sections, excluding those already reserved during ticketing. You can find the wheelchair-accessible seating area in the seating map. The exact location of your seat within the wheelchair-accessible seating area is determined on the day of the performance, taking views and safety into account, so you will be able to find out your exact location after collecting your wristband and entering the venue.

- The wheelchair area is an open space without fixed seating, reserved exclusively for attendees using wheelchairs. One companion may also attend and sit within this area.

- To collect wristbands and enter wheelchair-accessible seating, both a Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) and a valid ID must be presented on-site. All identification must be provided in physical form; copies, screenshots, or photos will not be accepted. Admission will be denied if these documents are not presented. Please find more details on the “What is a valid photo ID?” section below.

- The responsibility for providing the required identification rests entirely with the attendee. Refunds on the day of the event are unavailable for any failure to present the necessary physical documents for admission.

※ If you require assistance with waiting, moving, or participating on-site, please contact us in advance via Weverse Help.

※ This performance will take place even in the event of rain, and raincoats will be distributed on-site in case of rain. Please note that cancellations and refunds are not available on the day of the performance due to a change of mind, even in the event of rain. However, the performance may be suspended or canceled if weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of the audience and the integrity of the event.

※ The performance will be live-streamed by Netflix and recorded in video content by BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd. Please be aware that the faces and voices of the attendees may be recorded in the content, depending on the filming and editing. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content upon your participation in the event. The video content may be edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

※ During the check-in process, your identity and the QR code will be verified. Your QR code can be found on the Event Entries page in BTS Weverse. Admission is not permitted with a captured image. Please have your Weverse app ready on-site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

※ The wristband cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. If such activity is detected, you will be denied admission.

1. ID Verification and Wristband Distribution Locations

※ Standing: Sejong Grand Theater at Sejong Center (175, Sejong-daero, Jongno-gu, Seoul)

- On the day of the event, the main gate of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts will be completely closed for entry. Please refer to the guidelines below when entering the venue.

* Route: Gwanghwamun Station Exit 1 → Move to the west side backyard of the Sejong Center → Enter the 2nd floor of the Grand Theater via the west external stairs.

- For safety purposes, we will be checking for [⚠️ Prohibited Items Inside the Venue] along with your winning details upon entry to the west stairs. We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation. If you possess prohibited items, entry to the Sejong Center will be restricted, and all items will be disposed of. For everyone’s best experience, please move in order according to the instructions of the staff.

※ The exact location of the wheelchair-accessible seat check-in area will be confirmed and announced around mid-March, following an assessment of the optimal flow for audience safety.

- 12:00 PM - 12:59 PM (KST): No. 1 - 700

- 1:00 PM - 1:59 PM (KST): No. 701 - 1400

- 2:00 PM - 2:59 PM (KST): No. 1401 - 2000

- 3:00 PM - 3:59 PM (KST): Late check-in customers

※ The ID verification area is open until 6:00 PM, but please note that entry begins at 4:00 PM. If you arrive after your assigned turn, your entry number will be invalidated. In this case, you will be permitted to enter only after all other waiting audience members have been admitted.

* Winner verification numbers are for identity verification only and are not given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the check-in time for your number and be prepared for identity verification.

- Standing areas do not have assigned seating. Upon identity verification, you will receive a wristband (1 per person) indicating your assigned section and entry number. Entry numbers are assigned randomly. Please wear your wristband until the end of the event for verification purposes.

* If you arrive later than your check-in time, check-in may not be possible depending on the on-site situation.

* Admission will not be in the order of your check-ins. Please refrain from forming random waiting lines.

2. Wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft. Please ensure your wristband is kept safe and worn at all times; entry will be restricted if the wristband is missing or removed.

3. Queuing and entry will proceed according to your wristband number, and you must remain within your assigned section. Moving between sections is strictly prohibited. Once inside, you may position yourself freely within your assigned section. However, for the safety of all attendees, please refrain from running or pushing. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining an orderly and respectful environment.

4. Weverse Global standing area winners may wait and be seated inside the Sejong Grand Theater after completing identity verification and receiving their wristbands. Please follow the staff instructions for everyone’s safety. No food or beverages other than bottled water are allowed inside. If you step out of the area (e.g., for the restroom), you must carry your wristband and proof of winning (winning details page) to ensure re-entry. To ensure entry according to your wristband number, all participants must re-enter the waiting area by 4:00 PM (KST) before the sequential move to the performance venue begins.

5. Refunds will not be granted on the day of the event for reasons of delays in entry due to a crowded venue and booths. Please arrive at the venue and visit the booth with plenty of time to spare, and enter early to prevent any delays.

※ According to Weverse Company’s policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, you must be 14 years old or older on the day of the event application to participate in the event. Those under 14 on the application date are not permitted to enter, even when accompanied by a guardian.

※ We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare as the check-in process may take longer than expected.

- Admission Start Time: Sat, March 21, 2026, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (KST)

※ Weverse Global standing area winners will move from the Sejong Grand Theater sequentially by section and number starting from the official entry time. Please follow the staff instructions for everyone’s safety.

* Admission time is subject to change based on the circumstances at the venue.

- Entry will be restricted after 7:00 PM (KST), and re-entry is not permitted after exiting during the performance.

[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applied. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host.

* If you provided your name in English when purchasing your ARMY Membership, you need your passport to verify your identity and other IDs will not be accepted.

* If you are a JP Membership holder using a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify your identity with a passport, you may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and the name in the language you provided. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

[On-site Safety and General Rules]

- All copyright infringements, including but not limited to taking photos and videos, voice recording, audio and video live-streaming, are strictly prohibited. You cannot bring any electronic devices that can record audio and/or video, except your mobile phone. If any prohibited activities are discovered (including the use of your mobile phone), you will be asked to leave the venue after deleting all recordings. Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded even if you are asked to leave.

- Please refrain from activities that may disrupt the viewing experience of other audience members. Staff may intervene if disruptive behavior is observed.

- Prohibited activities that violate event rules or interfere with staff duties may be audio or video recorded to maintain order. Recorded files will be discarded 30 days after the event.

- Please take care of your valuables. The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items due to negligence.

- No storage or locker facilities will be provided around the Sejong Center on the event day. To ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, large bags and heavy belongings are prohibited in the standing area. Please minimize your personal items before arriving. Additionally, please take extra care to manage your belongings to prevent loss or damage during the event.

- The sale of unauthorized or illegal merchandise around the venue on the day of the event is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken if such activities are discovered.

- To ensure safety and maintain order, unauthorized private events (including the distribution of goods, promotional materials, performances, or the use of promotional vehicles) are prohibited in the vicinity of the venue.

- Please refrain from dangerous behaviors, such as running in groups around the venue area.

[⚠️ Prohibited Items Inside the Venue]

※ For your safety, entry will be denied to anyone in possession of prohibited items.

- Bottled water (500ml or less) and official light sticks.

▶ Prohibited Items

- Oversized bags (larger than A3 size) and suitcases/carriers.

- All food and beverages (including alcohol, cans, and glass bottles), with the exception of bottled water (500ml or less).

- All types of cameras and filming equipment, including GoPros.

- Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), drones, and all related equipment.

- All items for promotion or marketing purposes distributed without prior approval.

- Electronic devices including iPads, tablets, and laptops.

- Selfie sticks and tripods.

- Long umbrellas and banners with poles.

- Balloons and inflatable balls.

- Laser pointers, lanterns, air horns, and firecrackers.

- Banners and any other prints containing political, offensive, or derogatory symbols, including any national flags.

- Animals (with the exception of service animals/medical assistants).

- Belts or bracelets equipped with spikes or items that could cause physical injury.

- Prohibited drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances as defined by relevant laws.

- All wheeled items and personal mobility devices (bicycles, kickboards, skateboards, and other electric transport devices), with the exception of wheelchairs.

- Weapons and any other dangerous items that may pose a threat to others.

[Transportation & Venue Access]

- When navigating around the venue, please follow the instructions of the safety personnel. In particular, please be cautious of traffic safety and avoid jaywalking.

- Heavy traffic is expected around the venue on the day of the event, which may cause significant delays in parking and travel. We strongly encourage you to use public transportation and arrive at the venue with plenty of time to spare.

- To ensure the event runs smoothly, traffic will be restricted around the Gwanghwamun Square area. Please refer to the detailed notice to be provided later for further travel information.
