- A random pack of official BTS products released from 2014 to 2019 (estimated value of approximately 300,000 won)

- This product will be shipped in a separate box, and cannot be shipped with other products.

- A maximum of one Lucky Box can be ordered per account.

- This product is a consigned good and cannot be shipped with other products.

- Each Lucky Box may contain different items as it is made up of 11 to 13 items chosen at random.

- A number of items may be minutely discolored or their packaging damaged due to being stored for a prolonged period of time, and this cannot be the reason for an exchange/refund.

- Product options (group member, color, mobile phone model, clothing size etc.) are not available as this product is made up of a random selection of items, and this cannot be the reason for an exchange/refund.

- You cannot choose particular items based on your personal preference nor exchange/refund a number of items from the Lucky Box as this product is made up of a random selection of items.

- Delivery to some countries and regions may be restricted due to COVID-19. Please see the notice for more details regarding countries and regions with shipping delays and restrictions.

- In case of international shipping, shipping costs may differ according to volume or weight. The shipping fee may be costly depending on the region, so please check before placing your order.

*Payment methods

- Payment can be made with credit cards (including debit cards) PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, and KakaoPay.

- When using Toss or KakaoPay, there is no need for a credit card, and you can make your payment with the remaining balance on your account.

- Foreign credit cards and AliPay can be used through PayPal and Eximbay if you select the American dollar (USD) or the Japanese yen (JPY) as your preferred currency.

*Important information regarding shipping

- Entering your detailed address is compulsory when entering your shipping address. The order will not be shipped if detailed information is not provided.

- In the case of shipping within South Korea, please change your language setting to Korean and enter your address in Korean.

- In the case of shipping to countries and regions other than South Korea, please enter your address in English.
