※ Admission will be closed 10 minutes before the start of the event for smooth event operation. You may not be able to enter or leave the theater afterwards.

[What to Bring]

1. Winner’s QR code

- The winner’s QR code and identity will be verified for this event. The QR code can be found by going to BTS Weverse → More (⋮) button on the top right corner → Event Entries page. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site.

2. A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* A student ID will not be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ We will take all necessary precautions to ensure safety and prevent any concerning or unfortunate situations during the event. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

※ Once you enter the venue, you may take your designated seat. When the hi-touch session begins, follow the guidance of the security staff to move in groups and participate in the event. Please refrain from setting up tripods or professional photography equipment while seated to ensure a smooth hi-touch experience.

1. The raffle winners will receive a ticket per person during the check-in process. The seats will be randomly assigned. Please do not change or move seats for any reason.

2. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare, as the ticket pickup process may take longer than expected.

3. The ticket cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the wristband, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. You are permitted to have and film with one mobile phone device (excluding professional filming equipment) during the hi-touch session. Please be mindful that excessive filming which disrupts the LIVE and overall smooth operation of the event is not allowed.

5. The event may be recorded in videos by BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd. Please be aware that the faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

6. Admission will be unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

7. There is no separate storage facility at this event. When participating in the event, you must leave all your belongings, including bags, in your designated seat.

8. Hazardous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, companion animals, flower bouquets, balloons, etc., are also restricted.

9. Any equipment capable of taking photos or videos (including disposable/professional cameras and action cameras), items deemed dangerous due to sharp edges or surfaces, or any items considered unnecessary for the event (speakers, megaphones, etc.) will not be allowed. Participants carrying these items may be denied entry to the venue even if they have tickets.

10. The security staff may intervene and stop participants who attempt to join the hi-touch session without leaving their belongings at their seats. If participants fail to follow instructions during the event, they may be immediately escorted off the premises without warning.
