Weverse members can purchase the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK on BABYMONSTER Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick them up at the 2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR <HELLO MONSTERS> IN SEOUL venue.

How to Buy OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK on Weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BABYMONSTER (GLOBAL) → Purchase the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit

- For BABYMONSTER OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, you can purchase up to 3 per account.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

On-site Event

※ On-site pick-up customers can get a coupon when picking up their purchases. (Up to 1 per customer)

※ Customers who visited the MD BOOTH and the MD MONSTIEZ BOOTH are eligible for this event; the amount purchased at the on-site MD BOOTH and the amount purchased through Weverse on-site pick-up will be aggregated.

※ However, you may not be able to participate if you do not bring your receipt or Weverse on-site pick-up coupon. (You MUST bring the purchase receipt of the day or Weverse on-site pick-up coupon.)

※ If you already participated in the event using either your MD BOOTH receipt or Weverse on-site pick-up coupon, you cannot participate again with the aggregated amount.

※ The official light special gift, which was available at Weverse Shop, will NOT be provided.

※ All the event prizes may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

Weverse members will be able to purchase the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR <HELLO MONSTERS> IN SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.

The OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. (You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.)

The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Batteries and shopping bags will be available to purchase at the pick-up booth and you’ll need to pay with card on the site (Payment not available with Weverse Shop).

There is a purchase limit per person to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
