Go to TWS Weverse → More (···) button on the top right corner → My Events page and check your result.

※ Canceling your album order after the event winner announcement will result in exclusion from the raffle and you will not be able to participate in the event.

※ Please use public transportation as the traffic is heavy and there are a limited number of parking spots available in the vicinity of the event site.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

[Special Gift for the Raffle Winners🎁] 

- All the raffle winners will get 1 phone grip per person featuring the logo of the album. 

* The special gift will be provided at the fansign event venue during check-in.

* The special gift will be made in limited quantity and an exchange will not be available.

* The gift provided to the raffle draw winners will not be provided or shipped if you do not attend the event.

[Please Note] 

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their raffle numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

2. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

3. You’ll be able to use the paper that’s provided at the venue to get the autograph and you won’t be able to make requests related to the location of the autograph.

4. Please do not make requests to the artists to write a different message other than your name, or autograph on items other than the provided paper. 

5. The raffle winners can choose either the name they used to enter the raffle or their nickname for the autograph. You cannot mix your name and nickname. Once you make a selection, the same name will be used for all autographs by all members. If your nickname contains inappropriate words or phrases, the staff may restrict its use.

6. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat are strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

7. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by a staff member before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted, including food.

8. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice.

9. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording while getting your album signed on stage.

10. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the autographed paper will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Delivery may not be completed if delivery is not possible due to customer circumstances.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed paper may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed paper will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

11. Participants who violate the guidelines and etiquette may be restricted from participating in the event or escorted off the premises without prior notice. This applies to all raffle winners.

12. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

13. Flowers, bubble makers, and firecrackers are not allowed at the venue. If you bring them, the staff may ask for your cooperation.
