Customers who purchase QWER 1st Mini Album [MANITO] on Weverse Shop GLOBAL will automatically enter the raffle. A total of 8 lucky winners will get an unreleased instant photo autographed by the QWER members (1 per winner).

※ QWER 1st Mini Album [MANITO] (Platform ver.) is not eligible for this event raffle.

※ The event prize will be shipped to the delivery address you used when you purchased the product. But if the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not being available to accept the delivery or refuses to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- How to Check If You’ve Won: The winners will be announced on QWER Weverse Shop GLOBAL via a separate notice. The winners will be notified by email they used as Weverse Shop account ID as well.

※ Please note that the number of merch you ordered on Weverse Shop GLOBAL (not the number of orders you placed) during the event period will be counted automatically to let you enter the raffle the same number of times.

※ You must complete your payment during the event period in order to participate in the raffle.

※ Event winners are randomly selected by a draw among customers who purchase the merch during the event period.

※ Canceling your order after the event winner announcement will result in exclusion from the raffle and you will not be able to receive the prize.

※ 1 event prize will be provided per winner.

※ Due to the nature of handwriting, the autograph may slightly be smudged.

※ The event prizes are produced based on the number of event winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

※ If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
