P1Harmony 2nd Mini Album [DISHARMONY : BREAK OUT] Video Call Fansign

Please Note (When entering the raffle)

1. You will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the album. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join P1Harmony Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to purchase the albums.

2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on P1Harmony Weverse, in which you are logged in with Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album.

3. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of payment.

4. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in the exclusion from the raffle. 

5. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended.

6. Albums purchased or the orders with the albums made during the raffle will be delivered. 

7. Only those who purchased P1Harmony 2nd Mini Album [DISHARMONY : BREAK OUT] from Weverse Shop GLOBAL can enter the fansign raffle.

8. The raffle winners and their information will be based on the information entered for the recipient name, date of birth, and email when paying for the album purchase.

9. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle by entering the name under their passport. Please note that the 'Recipient name' must match the name under the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)

10. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to FNC ENTERTAINMENT Inc. (The information of raffle applicants will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended, and the information of raffle winners will be saved for a year.)

11. The fansign invitation cannot be transferred to another person, and you will be denied entry to the fansign if your information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match.

12. One (random) of the albums purchased will be signed by the members, and the signed album will be delivered to you after the event ends. Please be aware that it will be considered you accept that your album will be opened to be signed by the members.

13. Video call fansign will be held on KakaoTalk mobile application at the time scheduled for each raffle winner. If the connection is unstable or the participant is having difficulty with KakaoTalk application, the event will not go ahead as scheduled.

14. The fansign event can be changed or canceled without notice.

Please Note (If you won the video call fansign)

1. The signed album will be delivered to the participating raffle winner after the video call fansign

2. Only the raffle winner must participate in the video call(one time for one participant). If another individual is on the video call or more than one person appears, fansign for that individual may end early.

3. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. Please double-check the fansign date and time, and wait for your turn. It is important to make sure that your network is stable.

4. Before receiving the video call, a message regarding the start of the event will be sent via KakaoTalk application. The staff will verify the raffle winner and the fansign will start. Please have your photo ID ready, such as passport, South Korean Resident Card, and South Korean Youth Card. 

Please have your ID ready for verification when entering the event.

  ※ Accepted IDs

• If you have South Korean nationality: Resident card, driver’s license, passport (issued before 21 December 2020), and/or youth card (issued from the community center)
• (Those with passports issued after 21 December 2020 must present the passport and the passport information certificate.)
• If you do not have South Korean nationality: Passport and/or alien registration card

* Other IDs (student IDs, etc) will not be accepted

* All accepted IDs must be valid and not expired.

5. Upon verification, the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID will be checked. If the information does not match with your information with the raffle, fansign participation will be denied.

6. If the video call connection fails more than twice, the next raffle winner will start his/her turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.

7. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will also be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be concluded.

8. For a smooth fansign, please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.

9. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.

10. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you do so, you may be denied from participating in the event.

11. Directions and process for the video call will be announced later along with the raffle winner announcement. 

Please Note (During the event)

Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Make sure that video call is held in a quiet, noiseless environment in which the participant is the only person present. Watch out for noise or other individuals appearing in the video call.

2. Have the mobile device or PC ready and wait for your turn for a smooth fansign process. Read over the guide on how to Face Talkl and check the network connection.

3. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are restricted. Please observe good manners.

4. Do not make requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable. Requesting artists to do inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

5. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for all the participants (90 seconds for each member).

6. Do not leave the video call or kick out the artists during the fansign. The participant will not be reconnected to the video call if he/she leaves the video call during the fansign.

7. You cannot live stream the event, but you can keep the photos, and video and audio recording during the video call(However, uploading them on social media is restricted and can be punished).

8. Taking pictures, or recording audio and video of the event with devices other than your mobile phone used for the video call is prohibited.
