Congratulations to all the winners! 

The raffle winners will receive a separate message on their KakaoTalk ID detailing how to move forward with the fansign starting 3 business days before the event date.

※ Please make sure to have your KakaoTalk app updated to its latest version before the event. Otherwise, there may be difficulties in connecting the video call.

[How to Check If You’ve Won]

- Go to P1Harmony Weverse → More (⋮) button on the top right corner → Event Entries page and check your result.

[Video Call Fansign Date and Time]

- Date and Time: Tue, May 13, 2025, 8:30 PM (KST)

[Video Call Fansign Details]

- 1 minute 30 seconds per member, 9 minutes total (The video call fansign will proceed in the order of the event application.)

[Fansign Prize Details]

- 1:1 video call + 1 autographed CD

[Video Call Channel]

- KakaoTalk (using the KakaoTalk ID you submitted for raffle entry)

※ Video call connections may not be possible under the following conditions. Please note that we do not compensate for any resulting inconvenience.

- If you provide incorrect information, including your KakaoTalk ID and contact details, when entering the raffle.

- If “Make My ID Searchable” is OFF in KakaoTalk → More → Gear icon on the top right → Manage → KakaoTalk ID

- If “Allow others to add me” is OFF in KakaoTalk → More → Gear icon on the top right → Friends 

[Video Call Fansign and Shipping Details]

- One album out of your ordered albums will be autographed and delivered after the fansign. (You cannot choose which version or which CD gets autographed.)

- Please be aware that by participating, you're agreeing to have your album opened to be autographed by the artist.

- Autographed albums for winners will be shipped within two weeks after the video call fansign event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error (e.g., incorrect name/address/phone number), refusal to pay customs fees, or recipient absence/refusal, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. If delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons, Weverse may issue a refund at its discretion.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

- The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

※ Canceling your album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle.

[Special Event for Fansign Raffle Winners] 

- 6 lucky winners will each receive an autographed instant photo of the artist (one photo per winner).

- The raffle winners of this event will be notified one day before the fansign, by the email they submitted upon the video call fansign raffle entry.

- The event prize will be delivered ONLY to the event raffle winners’ previous delivery address with the autographed album after the video call fansign event on May 13, 2025 (KST).

* Autographed instant photos are produced based on the number of raffle winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

* Due to the nature of handwriting, the autograph may be slightly smudged.

* If you are found selling or transferring the event prize, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied participation or admission for any further events of the artist.

* If you wish to return the album, you must return every special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

※ This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced on Event Entries page.

2. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk before the event starts. Please prepare your smart device or PC and wait for your turn. Learn how to receive video calls before this event. Make sure your device has enough battery and that your network is stable. Try to find a quiet environment where you can be alone to receive the video call.

3. Before the video call with the artist, your identity will be verified by staff. Please prepare your valid photo ID in advance. Your valid photo ID must show your name, your photo, and the date of your birth. If the information does not match the information you entered for the raffle, your video call fansign participation will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID? 

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App), student ID (elementary school, middle school, high school) or national certificate with an ID photo and date of birth.

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) 

* Other IDs (e.g. photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Student ID (including college student ID) will not be accepted unless you are a minor with South Korean nationality.

(1) Minors with South Korean nationality: South Korean Youth Card, passport, Student ID (elementary school, middle school, high school) or national certificate with an ID photo and date of birth

(2) Adults with South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license

(3) Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. 

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

4. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 time for 1 participant), and the winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future.

5. If your video call is not connected after two attempts, the next winner will proceed, and one final attempt will be made after their turn. If you are unavailable again, it will be considered a no-show, and no further attempts will be made.

[Video Call Fansign Etiquette]

※ Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant). If the receiver of the video call is not the raffle winner, or if two or more people are on the receiver’s screen, your video call fansign participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

2. Please be careful not to take the following actions. If you fail to comply, your video call fansign participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

- Calling the event staff

- Closing the video call window during your video call

- Not ending the video call even after you have completed your turn

3. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are restricted. Please observe good manners to show your support for the artist.

4. You will get autographs from all the members with "To. [the name you provided upon raffle entry, in Korean or English].” Please do not make requests such as “draw me something” or “write a message for me” to the artist. Requesting the artist to say inappropriate things or do inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of your video call.

5. Event staff will monitor and record the video call to protect the artist. If the participant uses inappropriate language or inappropriate behavior such as swearing, vulgar language, sexual expressions, or artist defamation during the call, it will be terminated immediately. The recorded content will be used as follows:

- Purpose of collection and use: Operation and management of the video call fansign event.

- Type of collected content: The entire video call.

- Retention and use period: 7 days after the event ends, or in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

* The collected personal information will be used solely for the operation of the event, and will be promptly destroyed once the purpose is achieved.

6. Conclude the conversation once your allocated video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for other participants.

7. Streaming the video call, recording with other devices, or making a screenshot is not permitted. Participants cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the fansign by recording or screen-capturing the video call. If you are found committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the organizers will proceed to destroy the content.

8. Please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.
