Weverse members can purchase the official merch on Weverse Con Festival Weverse Shop on the day of the concert and pick them up at the 2025 Weverse Con Festival venue.

How to Purchase Official Merch and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → Weverse Con Festival → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site PICK UP BOOTH and receive your purchases.

* Customers who are unable to make on-site pickup orders as noted above may purchase the products in person at the venue with a card or payment system.

* On-site purchases will be processed in KRW only.

* Please note that some cards and payment systems may not be accepted on-site.

Purchase Limit

- You can purchase up to 3 per product.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Please Note

Weverse members will be able to purchase products on Weverse Shop when they arrive within a 10-km radius of the 2025 Weverse Con Festival venue and pick them up at the venue.

You can purchase these products without watching the performances.

All products may go out of stock early.

Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.

Refunds are only available at the on-site booth during the operation period. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase after confirming your order details or receipt. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

For exchanges after the booth operation hours, please contact Help on Weverse.

If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead. For exchanges, the special gift will be the same member image as originally provided. (You cannot choose the version.)

The pickup booth operating hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

For any other questions regarding on-site pickup, please find a staff member at the venue.

Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY, or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
