Before the video call, an email including the URL to access ZOOM will be sent to the raffle winner through the email address you submitted to let you know the event will begin soon.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced on My Events page.

2. Before the video call, an email including the URL to access ZOOM will be sent to the raffle winner through the email address you submitted to let you know the event will begin soon. Please prepare your smart device or PC and wait for your turn. Learn how to receive video calls before this event. Make sure your device has enough battery and that your network is stable. Try to find a quiet environment where you can be alone to receive the video call.

3. Before you can talk to the artist via video call, we will verify your identity. Please have your valid photo ID ready. Your valid photo ID must show your name, your photo, and the date of your birth. If the information does not match the information you entered for the raffle, your video call participation will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Minors with South Korean nationality: South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), student ID (with date of birth), or passport

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. certified copies of South Korean Resident Registration Cards, photocopies, ID cards without photos, and college or university student ID cards) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

4. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant), and the winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future.

5. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the call. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the event and we will not try another video call.

6 . This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.

[Video Call Etiquette]

Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant). If the receiver of the video call is not the raffle winner, or if two or more people appear on the video call receiver screen, your video call participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

2. Please be careful not to take the following actions. If you fail to comply, your video call participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

- Calling the event staff

- Closing the video call window during your video call

- Not ending the video call even after you have talked to all available members

3. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are restricted. Please observe good manners to show your support for the artist.

4. Inappropriate actions or requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable will result in the forced conclusion of your video call.

5. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the event proceedings, which will be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the event, the video call will be terminated without warning. The video call recordings will be destroyed within 7 days after the event has ended.

6. Conclude the conversation once your allocated video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for other participants.

7. Streaming the video call, recording with other devices, or making a screenshot is not permitted. Participants cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the event by recording or screen-capturing the video call. If you are found committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the organizers will proceed to destroy the content.

8. Please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.
