OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'FATE PLUS' IN SEOUL, at KSPO DOME in Seoul Olympics Park, on Fri. February 23, 2024, Sat. February 24, 2024 and Sun. February 25, 2024. You can pre-purchase the products on Weverse Shop to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse Shop Purchase for Pick Up On-site

Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch on ENHYPEN Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick them up at the venue of ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'FATE PLUS' IN SEOUL.

1) OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE PICK UP BOOTH

- Purchase Period (KST):

Fri. February 23, 2024, 11:00 AM - 1 hour after the concert ends.

Sat. February 24, 2024, 10:00 AM - 1 hour after the concert ends.

Sun. February 25, 2024, 10:00 AM - 1 hour after the concert ends.

- Pickup Time (KST):

Fri. February 23, 2024, 11:00 AM - 1 hour after the concert ends.

How to Buy OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse Shop - ENHYPEN (GLOBAL) - Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit (OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE):

- For Official Light Stick, you can purchase up to 2 per person.

- For Trading Card, you can purchase up to 5 per person.

- For Acrylic Stand, you can purchase up to 1 per option.

- Except for Official Light Stick, Trading Card, and Acrylic Stand, you can purchase up to 3 of each item per person. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 for each option.

(For example, you can purchase 3 of each size of Zip-Up Hoodies, which sums up to 12 in total.)

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit:

- For ENHYPEN official albums, you can purchase up to 8 albums per person.

- The purchase limit of the albums may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

SPECIAL GIFT for Pick-Up Customers:

- Customers who purchase official albums on-site can get SPECIAL GIFT as follows:

- Buy 1 album and get 1 glossy selfie photocard (random 1 out of 7 versions)

- Buy 1 album SET of each title and get 1 additional glossy selfie photocard (random 1 out of 7 versions)

- The selfie photocards for albums and album sets feature different images.

- You can get 1 additional photocard for an album set per title ([ORANGE BLOOD] SET (2 versions), [DARK BLOOD] SET (3 versions), and MANIFESTO : DAY1] SET (3 versions)).

- The additional photocards for the album sets feature the same image on the special gifts for ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘FATE’ IN NEW CLARK CITY.

Purchase Limit (MEDIA):

- For ENHYPEN official media, you can purchase up to 49 items in total per person.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

SPECIAL GIFT for Pick-Up Customers:

- Customers who purchase official media on-site can get SPECIAL GIFT as follows:

- Buy ENHYPEN 2024 GGU GGU PACKAGE and get 1 set of 3 glossy unit photos.

- Buy ENHYPEN MEMORIES : STEP 2 DIGITAL CODE, ENHYPEN MEMORIES : STEP 2 DVD, or PIECES OF MEMORIES [2021-2022] and get 1 glossy group photo.

- The 3 group photos for MEMORIES : STEP 2 DIGITAL CODE, MEMORIES : STEP 2 DVD, and PIECES OF MEMORIES [2021-2022] feature different images.

Please Note

- Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch on ENHYPEN Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'FATE PLUS' IN SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.

- The products may sell out early.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- Please do not spend the night outside the venue on the previous day. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and we may disperse the lines.

- ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'FATE PLUS' IN SEOUL official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse Shop. Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
