[How to Check If You’ve Won]

Go to ENHYPEN Weverse → More (⋮) button on the top right corner → Event Entries page and check your result.

※ Canceling your album order after the event winner announcement will result in exclusion from the raffle and you will not be able to participate in the event.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

- One (random) of the albums you purchased will be autographed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. Your seat will be designated at the venue on the day of the event. After you have completed your identity verification process, you will enter a draw and draw your own seat. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event.

2. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their raffle numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

3. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

4. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by a staff member before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted, including food.

5. The album to receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all autographs.

6. The name you entered for the raffle will be autographed by the artist(s) and autographed only on the album.

* Customers who won the raffle by purchasing [OFFLINE FANSIGN] [DESIRE : UNLEASH] (ENGENE ver.) and [OFFLINE FANSIGN] [DESIRE : UNLEASH] (Weverse Albums ver.) will get the autograph on a piece of paper prepared at the venue. Only the paper distributed at the venue can be used to get autographs at the event.

7. Sticky notes will not be accepted by the artist at the fansign. Please do not make requests such as draw me something or write a message for me to the artist. If you have something to say to the artist, you may bring a note for yourself, such as a short script. However, if you attach the note to the album, or if the note contains requests to sign a name that is not yours or includes other inappropriate content, the note will be collected by the staff before the artist autographs the album.

8. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behavior toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future. 

9. You may take photos and videos from your seat within the event venue, but you will NOT be able to take photos or videos while waiting to get autographs and when getting autographs. Please leave electronic devices, including cell phones, cameras, and dedicated recording devices, in the designated waiting area. If you attempt to receive an autograph with a cell phone, Bluetooth earphone, smartwatch, or other devices capable of recording or taking pictures, on-site staff will inspect them, and if filming or recording is detected, you will be requested to delete the content and promptly leave the venue. We are not responsible for damage to filming devices, so we kindly ask for your cooperation.

10. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, is strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

11. Please refrain from using flash, AF assist light, or strobes when taking pictures.

12. Live broadcasting is strictly prohibited at the fansign event. If you're caught, all related materials will be confiscated or deleted, and you'll be asked to leave the venue immediately, regardless of whether you've received the autograph.

13. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos and hand them over to the staff during the ID verification process before entering the venue. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice. (Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.)

14. Flowers, bubble makers, and firecrackers are not allowed at the venue. If you bring them, the staff may ask for your cooperation.

15. Please note that the fansign event's start time may vary based on the on-site situation. Once the event begins, entry and mid-event exits might be restricted depending on conditions at the venue. Additionally, re-entry is not permitted after an unauthorized exit. 

16. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase within two weeks after the fansign event. If any shipping issues arise due to user error (e.g. incorrect name/address/phone number), refusal to pay customs fees, or recipient absence/refusal, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse may issue a refund when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

17. Please observe good manners to show your support for the artist. Please cooperate with the requests and guidance of the on-site staff throughout the event.

18. Please do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners for public safety.
