Adjustments regarding Weverse Shop Purchase Verification and QR Card Survey (Updated on April 9, 2024)

Hello from Weverse Shop,

the official merch store.

We would like to notify you of an important update regarding Weverse Shop purchase verification and QR card survey.

[Before the adjustments (Affected albums: All albums released before December 31, 2023)]

• How to participate in a survey: Go to Weverse Shop app → My NX → Scan QR Card to scan the QR card included in the album → Complete the survey on Weverse Shop and get rewards
• Survey Period: Within 1 year after the release of the album
• Survey Rewards: Weverse Shop Cash and emblems

[After the adjustments (Affected albums: All albums released after January 1, 2024)]

• How to participate in a survey: Scan the QR card included in the album with your smartphone camera → Complete the survey on Weverse and get rewards
• Survey Period: Within 6 months after the release of the album
• Survey Rewards: Weverse Shop Cash and Weverse Collection badges
• You can participate in each survey up to once per Weverse account

You can participate in a survey event on Weverse app by scanning the QR Cards included in each version of the albums within the survey period. Your answers will be highly appreciated and will be used to improve our contents and services for you.

* Please Note

- This adjustment will be applied only to the QR Cards included in CDs and albums. QR Cards included in other products or distributed in offline events will not be affected.

- You have to use the same account on Weverse and Weverse Shop to receive Weverse Shop Cash. Please join Weverse Shop before participating in a survey.

- If your Weverse account is not connected to Weverse Shop, you may not be able to receive your Weverse Cash.

- If you already participated in a survey without joining Weverse Shop, your Weverse Shop Cash will be provided within 10 days after you join Weverse Shop. You can check your Weverse Shop Cash on the Weverse Shop app.

- QR card participation and rewards are limited to once per Weverse account for each type of survey.

- Even if you purchase an album SET, you can participate in the survey only once for each survey type (NOT as many as the number of albums you purchased).

For example, if you purchased an album SET that includes each one of A ver., B ver., and C ver., and received three identical QR cards included in the SET, you can participate in the survey up to once for each survey type once per Weverse account.

- The "survey type" mentioned above can be distinguished by the different QR card designs (for example, the standard version, compact version, and Weverse Albums version.).

Please note that each album type provides a different survey and rewards.
