- Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. 1. Machine-wash the garment with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent, as synthetic detergents may damage or bleach the clothing. 2. Do not wash products with printings in hot water as the thin fabric may be damaged by other items in the wash. 3. Wash separately as color bleeding may occur. 4. Wash immediately when the product gets dirty or comes into contact with perspiration. 5. Do not use chlorine-based bleaching agents. 6. Do not soak the product in water for more than 10 minutes, and do not rub or wring out the product. 7. Please note that we are not responsible for products that have been damaged due to your mishandling, including but not limited to negligence, color loss through the use of bleach, and product deformation and shrinking through incorrect washing and drying. 8. We will not provide compensation for the damaged product if you have not followed the washing instructions on the care label. 9. The product may shrink when exposed to high heat or hot air due to the nature of the fabric. Air drying is recommended. 10. The colors of the products made with cotton may grow lighter in color after washing. 11. The metal parts of the product may rust when washed with water. Avoid exposure to salt. 12. Avoid excessive pulling on the ribbed parts of the product, such as the sleeves and neck, as this may cause stretching. 13. Loose threads may be present between the seams of the product. This is a normal occurrence in mass-produced items and is not considered a product defect. Before wearing the product, removing any loose threads with scissors is recommended. After trimming, the product will be ready to wear. 14. The outerwear material goes through an additional dyeing process, which inevitably causes color bleeding. Please be careful when you wear outerwear with bright-colored products (bright-colored tops or bags), as the dye can rub off. 15. There may be creases depending on the material of the product. Also, creases may be caused by the packaging process. Please note that this is not a product defect. Ironing is recommended to remove creases. (Avoid ironing the decorative or printed parts of the product.)
