- You can purchase an artist's every available membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN) using a single account.
- You can get a refund within seven days from the date you purchased the membership. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after the renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
- The online membership card image will be updated only for newly subscribed or renewed membership holders. If your previous membership is still valid, your online membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have more than one membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN) for an artist, each membership renews independently based on the respective purchase date.
- The special gifts may vary per membership and concept.
- The special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been renewed and confirmed. You can check the special gift(s) you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu → My Collection → respective community.
