- ONEDOOR MEMBERSHIP (JP) (or "membership") can be purchased year-round. (Membership validity: 365 days after the date of purchase)
- You can purchase every available membership of an artist on membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN) using a single Weverse account.
- You can get a refund within seven days from the date you purchased the membership. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after the renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
- The online membership card image is renewed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the online membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have a membership for one artist from more than one membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN) the renewal period of each membership varies depending on the respective purchase date of each membership.
- ONEDOOR MEMBERSHIP KIT (or "membership kit") can be separately purchased on 'ONEDOOR MEMBERSHIP KIT' product page on Weverse Shop.
- The physical membership card may not be identical to the image of the online membership card.
- The special gifts may vary per membership and concept.
- The special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's Membership purchase has been renewed and confirmed. You can check the special gift(s) you received on Weverse → More → My Collection → respective community.

- Membership auto-payment is a service that automatically processes payments on your Membership expiration date using your registered payment method.
- You can check, cancel, or maintain your auto-payment settings under Weverse Shop > MY > Manage Auto Payment > Manage auto payment details.
- [Auto-Payment for Renewal]
- Auto-payment is processed on the final day of your Membership validity period, and the renewed Membership’s validity period is calculated based on the previous expiration date.
- If you would like to renew prior to expiration, you can manually renew on the product details page or the Manage auto payment details page.
- For auto-payment, your default billing address will be applied. If a default billing address is unavailable, the billing address from your previous order will be used, and other order details will also be automatically filled in based on your previous order.
- Your latest membership information at the time of auto-payment will be reflected in the renewed Membership.
- If product information for renewal is unavailable at the time of auto-payment, the status will change to pending payment. Once the product is registered, auto-payment will proceed again.

- For Membership products paid via auto-payment, you can request a cancellation under Order History.

- If Membership benefits change, you will be notified in advance and can cancel auto-payment manually.
- If the product price increases, your consent will be requested in advance. Auto-payment will proceed only if you agree to the price increase.
