[Weverse by Fans] Merch customization service launched

Hello from Weverse Shop, the official merch store.


On October 16, 2023 (KST), the Weverse by Fans service launches to invite you to customize your own official merch using the official assets of NewJeans! The service is exclusively available on Weverse Shop.

* Merch Details

- You can view the list of official merch and details from the category.


* Please Note (for purchasing) 

- Due to the nature of customized products, an exchange/refund due to a change of your mind will not be available.

- This merch is made-to-order, thus it cannot be shipped together with other products. (However, it can be shipped together with other "by Fans" products.)

- For products with an option, you can purchase up to three for each option.

- For products without an option, you can purchase up to three for each product.  

- All custom products are manufactured individually. Please note that the production time may take longer than expected depending on the product you ordered.

- The products may sell out early.

- Once you order a Weverse by Fans merch item, its production begins automatically. You can cancel or change your order details only until the status is displayed as “Ordered”. 

- A return will not be accepted if part of the product is lost due to the customer’s negligence. 


* Please Note (for customizing)

- Weverse by Fans merch refers to customized products that are designed by customers.

- Editing options and available features differ by product and artist. Please check the details before you start customizing. 

- Please check the production guide before you start customizing.

- For unauthorized use of the images provided for customization, such as screenshot capturing, distribution, selling, or piracy, you may be strictly held liable by relevant laws. 

- The printed color may appear slightly different depending on the printing method or the fabric. The color also may appear different depending on the device’s monitor setting.

- Due to the nature of the production method, there may be small dots, dust, or scratches on the surface. Please note that the print may deviate from the printing section within a 2-mm margin.

- If the customized design features a linear layout close to the cutting area, the graphic may seem not level and part of it may be cut out. 

- Defective products resulting from negligence in following the guidelines are not eligible for re-production. Please make sure to read carefully the notices and the guidelines of each product on the product description page before ordering products.


* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.


* Important for Customers in South Korea

- If you are ordering from South Korea, please enter the complete shipping address in Korean. Entering a South Korean address in English may lead to delayed or failed delivery as the couriers may not accept the address or have difficulty in processing the delivery.


* Important for International Customers

- If you are ordering from Japan, please enter the complete shipping address in Japanese.

- If you are ordering from countries/regions other than South Korea or Japan, please enter the complete shipping address and the recipient's name in English. In the case where the address and the name contain characters with accent symbols such as é, ç, œ, í, ø, ß, ü, and ñ, please eliminate the symbols.

- Please note that if you place multiple orders to a single address, your orders may be subject to the customs laws of the recipient country, such as the imposition of import tariffs or being held at customs. You are responsible for paying the import tariffs imposed on bulk purchases you make.


※ Please note that entering inaccurate addresses may cause delayed or failed deliveries. If products are lost in transit due to the incorrect address you entered, we will not ship additional products to compensate for the loss, especially for products manufactured in limited quantities. Please double-check your address when you place your order.
