[Important Information]

- The shipping information cannot be modified after submitting the form. Please make sure that you enter the correct information (name, contact information, desired shipping address, etc.) before submitting it. Additional shipping cannot be made in case of return or delivery failure due to incorrect information, recipient absence, reception refusal, etc.

- Your win may be forfeited if you do not submit the shipping information within the deadline.

- Your win may be forfeited if the country/region in which you wish to receive the prize is different from the country/region you received the merchandise you purchased.

- Your win may be forfeited if you cancel your order after winning the raffle.

- Winners will receive one merchandise autographed by S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, or JUN, selected at random out of 12 available, and they cannot be exchanged for merchandise with another member’s autograph.

- Only 12 merchandise will be prepared to accommodate the number of winners; exchanges due to defects will not be available.

- If you have won and would like to exchange the merchandise you purchased, please return the merchandise only without the prize from the raffle. However, you must return both the merchandise and the prize if you would like a refund; you will not be able to receive a refund if the prize has not been returned.

- This event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
