SEVENTEEN SPECIAL GV ‘Feast of Youth’ Event
Please Note (When entering the raffle)
1. Only the customers who purchased at least 1 SEVENTEEN Special Album '; [Semicolon]' on Weverse Shop GLOBAL can enter the raffle.
2. You will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the album. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join SEVENTEEN Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to purchase the albums.
3. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on SEVENTEEN Weverse, in which you are logged in with Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album.
4. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of payment.
5. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in the exclusion from the raffle.
6. If you do not win the raffle, the purchased albums cannot be returned.
7. The raffle winners and their information will be based on the email entered when paying for the album.
8. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (email). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to the artist’s entertainment label (PLEDIS Entertainment) and the provider of live streaming service (Kiswe Mobile, Inc. & Big Hit Three Sixty). (The information will be destroyed within 7 days after the event has ended.)
9. The winning raffle for the GV event cannot be transferred to another person. If found doing so, you cannot participate in this event AND all the other SEVENTEEN events in the future.
10. This event is held online via live streaming and will not be available as a VOD service in the future.
11. The event can be changed or canceled without notice.
Please Note (If you won the raffle)
※ You can watch the live streaming event on 1 device per 1 Weverse Shop account. Watching the event on two or more devices with the same account will be restricted.
※ Organizers, the company, and ticket sites are not responsible for account information leaks caused by user negligence and a third party using your information thus acquired to verify your ticket. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
※ Refund is not accepted whether or not you watched the live streaming.
※ For smooth playback on your device, please check the preview or teaser before purchasing the content.
※ If you have any questions regarding the raffle and event, you can contact Customer Service on Weverse Shop GLOBAL.
※ Video and audio quality may be affected due to connection and mobile data network, and other external factors.
※ Event running time and programs are subject to change due to the circumstances that involve live streaming.
※ The purchase history will become unrecoverable if you delete your Weverse or Weverse Shop account.
※ More event details will be provided after the raffle winner announcement.
