- You can receive the reward TAKE for completing the Collect Board on the MOMENTICA app. The rewards may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.
- The MOMENTICA Shuffle feature may be unavailable for digital videos that you receive by scanning the QR code on the back of a Photo TAKE.
- If the QR code on the back of a Photo TAKE product is not scanning, you can enter the code manually on the MOMENTICA app → [Collection] → [Settings] in the upper right corner → [Weverse Shop code] and receive the digital Video TAKE.
- If you have redeemed the QR code, you will not be able to exchange or refund your product. Please check your product for defects before redeeming.
- The QR codes, digital codes, and edition numbers for the products visible in the editor have been randomly generated and may differ from those of the actual product.
- The blurred images visible in the editor have been randomly generated. The actual product you receive will be randomly selected for you (1 set of random 3 out of 9 TAKEs of the artist).
- You can get a Voice TAKE of a random member by scanning the QR code on the back of the PHOTO TAKE PACKAGE.
- You can use 1 QR code to play 2 messages up to 10 times. Only the customers who purchased and received the TAKE and scanned the QR code on the back can enjoy this feature.
- All rights including copyright to the artist's handwriting, drawings, logos, and other images used in this customization are retained by the labels, artists, and/or Weverse Company Inc. Any actions including unauthorized capturing, illegal reproduction, distribution, sale, piracy of these content may result in civil or criminal liability by applicable laws.
- There may be slight errors in the position and size of the print on an actual product, depending on the characteristics and manufacturing process of each product.
- The actual product may slightly vary in appearance or color due to your monitor resolution or color settings.
- Even if you order a product with the same design, there may be slight variations, depending on the time of manufacture and season of production.
- Due to the nature of the production method, there may be small dots, dust, or scratches on the surface. Please note that the print may deviate from the printing section within a 2-mm margin.
- If the customized design features a linear layout close to the cutting area, the graphic may seem not level and part of it may be cut out.
- If the customized design contains profanity, defamation, insults, slander, provocative expressions, infringement of other's rights, or any other content that violates public order and morals, the product may not be available for manufacture. The customer bears all responsibility for any consequences of the design.

- Shipping Cancellation
- This product automatically begins production when the order is placed. You can cancel or make changes to your order only until the status is displayed "Ordered".
- For a single order placed on multiple products, partial cancellation is not available. Please cancel the entire order and proceed with the order again.

- When a new product needs to be shipped in exchange for a defective or misdelivered product, you cannot change its design. Only the same product with the same design will be available for a second shipping.
