We would like to thank everyone who entered the raffle for Jimin Solo Album [FACE] video call fansign.

Congratulations to all the raffle winners! The raffle winners will receive a separate message on their KakaoTalk ID detailing how to move forward with the fansign.

※ Please make sure to have your KakaoTalk app updated to its latest version before the event. Otherwise, there may be difficulties in connecting the video call.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced on My Events page.



2. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk before the event starts. Please prepare your smart device or PC and wait for your turn. Learn how to receive video calls before this event. Make sure your device has enough battery and that your network is stable. Try to find a quiet environment where you can be alone to receive the video call.

3. Before you can talk to the artist via video call, we will verify your identity. Please have your valid photo ID ready. Your valid photo ID must show your name, your photo, and the date of your birth. If the information does not match the information you entered for the raffle, your video call fansign participation will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s License, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean youth card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, certification of alien registration

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Those who submit passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID (driver's license) will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the site.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

4. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant), and the winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future.

5. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.

6. This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.

[Please Note (For shipping)]

1. The albums you ordered during the event period and the order(s) containing the albums will be delivered to the address you submitted with your order after the event ends.

2. One (random) of the albums purchased will be signed by the artist. Please be aware that it will be considered you accept that your album will be opened to be signed by the artist.

3. The signed album will be delivered to the participating raffle winner after the video call fansign. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name / first name / address / contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

4. The signed albums will be delivered via INNOMAS and Pantos (entrusted by WEVERSE COMPANY).

[ Video Call Fansign Etiquette ]

Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant). If the receiver of the video call is not the raffle winner, or if two or more people appear on the video call receiver screen, your video call fansign participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

2. Please be careful not to take the following actions. If you fail to comply, your video call fansign participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

- Calling the event staff

- Closing the video call window during your video call

- Not ending the video call even after you have talked to the artist

3. Foul language, profanity, insults, and other inappropriate actions are restricted. Please observe good manners to show your support for the artist.

4. Do not make requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable. Asking the artist to sign the album with a different message other than your name, asking the artist to say inappropriate things or do inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of your video call.

5. For the protection of the artist, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be terminated without warning. The video call recordings will be destroyed within 7 days after the event has ended.

6. Conclude the conversation once your allocated video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for other participants.

7. Participants cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the fansign by recording or screen-capturing the video call. Streaming the video call or recording with other devices is not permitted. If you are found committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the organizers will proceed to destroy the content.
