- You can purchase every available membership of an artist on Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN) using a single Weverse Shop account.
- You can get a refund within seven days from the date you purchased the membership. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after the renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
- The digital membership card image is renewed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the digital membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have a membership for one artist from more than one Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN), the renewal period of each membership varies depending on the respective purchase date of each membership.
- The badge(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been confirmed and completed. You can check the badge(s) you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu → My Collection → respective community.
