* How to Enter the Fansign Raffle

You can enter the video call fansign raffle by first joining the BLINK MEMBERSHIP on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, then by entering the required information (date of birth and more) on the event page on Weverse. Please note that you will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged into Weverse with your Weverse Shop account that was used to purchase BLINK MEMEBERSHIP.

1. You can enter the raffle by entering the required information (shown below) as indicated on the fansign event page.

※ The required information submitted when entering the raffle cannot be modified.

- Name (The person who is entering the raffle)

- Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format)

- LINE ID 

- Valid mobile phone number 

2. You can enter the raffle only once per account.

Please Note (When entering the raffle)

1. You will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account that was used to join BLINK MEMBERSHIP. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join BLACKPINK Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account that was used to join BLINK MEMBERSHIP.

2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on BLACKPINK Weverse, in which you are logged in with the Weverse Shop account used to join BLINK MEMBERSHIP.

3. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of payment.

4. Canceling your BLINK MEMBERSHIP after entering the raffle will result in the exclusion from the raffle. 

5. If you enter the raffle after joining BLINK MEMBERSHIP, you will not be able to cancel or refund your membership.

6. Only the customers who joined BLINK MEMBERSHIP on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the raffle event period can enter the video call fansign raffle.

7. The raffle winners and the announcement will use the name, date of birth, and email (the account you used when joining Weverse) submitted when entering the raffle.

8. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle by entering the name on their passport in English. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on your passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)

9. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to YG Entertainment (For those who enter the raffle, the information will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended. For those who won the raffle, the information will be discarded within a year.)

10. The fansign invitation cannot be transferred to another person, and you will be denied entry to the fansign if your information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match.

11. Video call fansign will be held on LINE mobile app at the time scheduled for each raffle winner. If the connection is unstable or the participant is having difficulty with the LINE application, the event will not go ahead as scheduled.

12. The fansign event is subject to changes or cancellation without prior notice.

Please Note (If you won the video call fansign)

1. Your membership must be valid on the day of the event. If you cancel your membership after you win the raffle, you may be denied from participating in the event.

2. Only the raffle winner must participate in the video call. If another individual is on the video call or more than one person appears, fansign for that individual may end early.

3. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. Please double-check the fansign date and time, and wait for your turn. It is important to make sure that your network is stable.

4. Before receiving the video call, a message regarding the start of the event will be sent via LINE application. The staff will verify the raffle winner and the fansign will start. Please have your photo ID ready, such as passport, South Korean Resident Card, and South Korean Youth Card. (Student ID is not allowed)

 ※IDs for verification

• South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Card, driver’s license, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)

(Those who submit Passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.)

• Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Certification of alien registration

*Other IDs are not allowed.

*All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

5. For video call winner verification, the name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your ID does not match your information on the raffle entry, your fansign participation will be denied.

6. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the video call. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.

7. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will also be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be concluded.

8. For a smooth fansign experience, please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.

9. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check your battery and your network connection before participating.

10. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you do so, you may be denied from participating in the event.

11. Directions and processes for the video call will be announced later along with the raffle winner announcement. 

Video Call Fansign Etiquette

Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Make sure that you receive your video call in a quiet, noiseless environment in which you are the only person present. Watch out for noise or other individuals appearing in the video call.

2. Have the mobile device or PC ready and wait for your turn for a smooth fansign experience. Read over the guide on how to receive LINE Video Calls and check the network connection.

3. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are restricted. Please observe good manners. 

4. Do not make requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable. Requesting artists to sign with different names or to take inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

5. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for all the participants.

6. Do not leave the video call or kick out the artists during the fansign. The participant will not be reconnected to the video call if they leave the video call during the fansign.
