- Due to the made-to-order nature of this product, exchanges and refunds for simple changes of mind are not possible once you have placed your order.

- The products are made-to-order and can only be shipped with other by Fans products. (Other regular products cannot be shipped together with by Fans products.)

- For products with options, you can purchase up to 5 for each option.

- All custom products are manufactured individually. Please note that the production time may take longer than expected depending on the product you ordered.
