▶ First Session: Jin’s Greetings

- Date and Time: Thu. June 13, 2024, 3:00 PM (KST)

※ The first session "Jin’s Greetings" is a time for light hugs with Jin per request from the artist, and is expected to last about three hours.

※ If you do not wish to hug, you can shake the artist’s hand instead.

We will take all necessary precautions to ensure safety and prevent any concerning or unfortunate situations during the event. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

※ Once you enter the venue, you may take your designated seat. When the hugging/handshake event begins, follow the guidance of the security staff to move in groups and participate in the event. After participating, you may return to your designated seat and watch the event until the event part 1 concludes.

※ In the second session, Jin will showcase various performances that ARMY has long awaited. The second session will take about 60 minutes.

※ The first session will not be live-streamed online.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

* If you provided your name in English when purchasing your ARMY membership, you need your passport to verify your identity and other IDs will not be accepted.

* If you purchased your membership on weverse shop Japan with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify your identity with a passport, you may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language you provided. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. According to the WEVERSE COMPANY policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for those born on or before June 13, 2010. Those under the age (born on or after June 14, 2010) cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the ticket distribution may take a long time.

3. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. The event will be streamed online and recorded in videos. Please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view. Please also be aware that you may be recorded in the videos.

6. There will be no storage room available at this venue. You can only bring bags smaller than 20cm x 20cm when entering the venue. For the hugging/handshake event, participants must leave all their belongings, including bags, at their designated seats.

7. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

8. Any equipment capable of taking photos or videos (including disposable/professional cameras and action cameras), items deemed dangerous due to sharp edges or surfaces, or any items considered unnecessary for the event (speakers, megaphones, etc.) will not be allowed. Participants carrying these items may be denied entry to the venue even if they have tickets.

* To ensure safety measures, there will be bag inspections upon entry, and staff may intervene for restricted items. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding for a safer and more enjoyable event.

9. The security staff may intervene and stop participants who attempt to join the hugging/handshake event without leaving their belongings at their seats. If participants fail to follow instructions during the event, they may be immediately escorted off the premises without warning.

10. For operational reasons, gifts and fan letters will not be allowed in this event.

※ For customers who enter the raffle on this website, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified in the admission process. The QR code can be found by going to BTS weverse → More (···) button on the top right corner → My Events page. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your weverse app ready at the site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your weverse/weverse shop account.
