Weverse members can purchase the official merch on SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop and pick them up at the 2025 SVT 9TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> venue.

- Pick Up Time: 

1) Thu, March 20, 2025, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (KST)

2) Fri, March 21, 2025, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (KST)

Pick-up location: Auxiliary Stadium, Incheon Munhak Stadium (618 Maesohol-ro, Michuhol-gu, Incheon)

How to Buy OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → SEVENTEEN → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick-up zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit

- For OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER. 3 and OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 10TH ANNIV, you can purchase up to 1 per person.

- For TRADING CARD SET and LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 10 per person.

- For products other than OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3, OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 10TH ANNIV, TRADING CARD SET, and LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 3 for each product per person. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 per option. (For example, you can purchase 3 S/S T-SHIRTs for each option, which sums up to 6 in total.)

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Please Note

* Weverse members will be able to purchase the official merch on SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2025 SVT 9TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> venue and pick them up at the venue.

* The products may sell out early and the purchase may end accordingly.

* The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

* Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days. 

* There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

* Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

* 2025 SVT 8TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse Shop.

* Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

* Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. 

* When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

* Please ask on-site staff for help with questions regarding on-site pickup.

Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
